WI15 Water Street Condos Unit 208

Great location next to the Riverwalk. Front and center view of the battleship and we really enjoyed watching the July 4th fireworks from our balcony. As others have noted in their reviews- there was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the bathroom. We didn’t realize there were bathroom toiletries in the kitchen(?) until our last day.

Perfect location for my wife and I. No need to drive as you could walk, which we did, everywhere. Even when the weather did not cooperate, we walked next door to the Mellow Mushroom, which we highly recommend!

Nice quiet area and the property was clean. The view was great, the battleship was directly across from the property. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Hope to be able to rent the same room again.

This condo was perfect for my visit to Wilmington. I liked being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and people watch. I wish there was onsite parking as the deck recommended is costly. The kitchen is adequate, but a Keurig would be nice. All in all, the stay was great and I would recommend.

It was a great property, location was ideal and access was easy yet secure. The only draw back was how loud the ac return was within the bedroom. It would startle you awake at night and made it impossible to hear the tv at night.

Great view of the Cape Fear River and the USS-NC Battleship floating museum from our room and balcony! In a vibrant area of historical Wilmington, NC...close to beach, museums, great restaurants, and more. Room was in nice condition...good price for accommodations and area. We had a nice time and were quite pleased!

The title sums it up! Very comfortable accomodations...surprisingly spacious. Sitting on the balcony and seeing the Cape Fear River in your immediate view and seeing the USS-NC Battleship directly in front of you...amazing. Great location...so much to do nearby. Great deal. We stayed here as a weekend getaway and loved the location. Right on the river, clean, perfect for two. Would recommend and would stay again.

Everything about the stay was amazing. The property is in the perfect location. I got to see a beautiful sunset right through the living room every night! Most necessities were provided for my stay. The only negative was not being able to park in the lot and having to pay for it either in a lot of on the street.

The location couldn’t have been any better. The condo has been well maintained. The only negative feedback is not being able to park in the buildings parking lot and having to pay to park elsewhere.

The location is fantastic, and the apartment is super cute. our only issue was with the general comfort of the place. The bed was not comfortable, there was only one very thin and hard blanket, and the AC unit is located two feet from the bed, inside the apartment and is exceptionally loud.

The property was at at great location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and galleries and the great Wilmington Riverwalk. The unit itself was equipped with the basics such as kitchen tools, bedding and bathroom essentials. An issue came up that caused a leak in my bathroom. I contacted Vacassa and the problem was taken care of immediately. Thank You Vacassa.

The Water Street condo is in a great location, within walking distance of downtown Wilmington shops and restaurants, the Riverwalk, and the historical district. The unit was very comfortable and Vacasa was prompt in responding to our requests. The only con was the lack of a dedicated parking spot.

location great plenty to eat and great view. noisy as construction was going on underneath pass 11 pm and vent in bedroom is tooo loud so slept on couch both nights

Perfect location, good stay, only issue was the door code apparently auto reset and took a bit to get in touch for a new code to be sent so we could get our stuff

The unit itself was ar a great location in a great downtown. However, when I needed assistance was slow and uninformed of my previous communications regarding some small issues. All worked out in the end.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Water Street Condo 208. The location could not have been better as it is perfectly suited for walking anywhere in downtown Wilmington. Right on the river with a cute balcony for watching boats and people. Don’t be put off by the current pictures of the unit online, as it is decorated much nicer than shown. Our only small complaints are the AC unit which worked great but was loud and the lack of parking on property. Despite that, we would definitely book again.
