This well-appointed, captivating retreat is found on the third level and is part of the Shipwatch Villas complex, which offers its guests a swimming pool, outdoor grilling areas, a gazebo, and private beach access with outdoor showers. The living room overlooks the shimmering ocean and pool below. The spacious room offers matching sofas, a TV with a VCR and DVD player, a portable stereo, and a ceiling fan. A sliding glass door leads out to the private balcony. From here you can sit and soak in the beautiful views of Topsail Island. The outdoor seating area is the perfect place for relaxing with a cool beverage. Hardwood cabinets surround the kitchen area. This space offers guests a refrigerator with an icemaker, a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee at the kitchen bar or cook up a gourmet breakfast and savor all its flavors at the dining table, accommodating up to six. The hallway holds two bedrooms, one at each end, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with double sinks. The main bedroom sits on the ocean side of the condo. This room offers access through a sliding glass door to the oceanfront deck. You will love waking up to the peaceful sounds of the waves crashing on the sand below. The condo was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. It had awesome pool and ocean views from the balconies, and we loved that they were close by and easy to get to. My biggest complaints would be the beds. The master wasn’t very comfortable and the two in the other room were very noisy, uncomfortable, and felt broken. The WiFi was good except in the second bedroom. The cable was frustrating because we only found like four channels we could watch. The elevators on our side were not working. It got tiring fast having to walk up and down three flights of stairs. But besides those things we had a wonderful week and would probably stay here again!

The condo is beautiful. The view is beautiful. Everything needed is already stocked. The drawback are the mattresses. They needed replaced years ago. Other than that, I would rent again.

My family of 4 had a wonderful and relaxing family beach vacation. The condo has a great proximity to the beach. It had the amenities we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

The place is great for families. It has an oversized covered deck for you to enjoy and it’s a short walk to the beach! Enjoyed the stay!

We absolutely loved this property, there were some minor cleanliness issues and there was a beach chair that could not be found but otherwise it was awesome. You basically walk off the back porch and 20 steps later you are in the ocean. No lifeguards so base how far you go out based on how good of a swimmer you are you’re standing well above water at least 200 feet from the shore. Location is unbelievable and unheard of in my opinion. This property is very easy to make excellent dinners and breakfast to cut down cost a little bit. Bring a streaming stick because the cable is not great, very basic. I would absolutely stay here again and memories were made here that will last forever.

We love the property, only suggestions take better pictures showing how close you are to the ocean. We were so pleasantly surprised how close this property was for getting into the ocean. It would be a huge selling point for the property.

North Topsail Beach

The condo was very clean, listing photos very accurate, great location. My family stayed here while visiting my son at Camp Geiger. It was convenient to get to Camp Geiger. Grocery store and Walgreens were near so it was easy to get anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again.

This condo has a great beachfront location. The balcony offers views of the pool and ocean, with plenty of seating. Inside, there is plenty of space for 4-6 people to stay and not feel crowded. The building offers carts, which made it easy to take luggage up the elevator. To us, the biggest negative was the beds in the second bedroom. They need replaced, as they are uncomfortable, even for younger people, and very loud/squeaky.

We came for quiet and a serious respite and found just what we needed here. The unit was in good order and had everything we needed. The king bed was super comfortable and we slept far too long. Even though it is one condo among many, the feeling inside was one of quiet and complete privacy. We would come again.

Quick Getaway

The property was just as advertised. It was beautifully located and very clean. We will absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for 10 nights and we all thought the furnishings and decor were beautiful and very comfy. The view from the balcony is perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook each night. There was a major issue with the kitchen sink and it took Vacasa way too long to make it right. I am guessing the issue was no fault of the owner’s. There is also an issue with one of the queen beds in the second bedroom. It seems like it was broken in the past. The master bedroom bed was very comfy and the view is great! The things we didn’t love is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach and elevator. The cleaning staff also needs to take a little more time cleaning under furniture and base moulding. We found those things to be pretty dirty. All in all, we had a great stay but would probably look for a different unit in the future not managed by Vacasa.

Slightly less than perfect, but close

View was amazing (pool, palm trees and ocean). Has all the basic amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms still have the original formica counter tops and the kitchen and shower/tub are small (like everything was when it was originally built) but the owners have done a nice job renovating the place. We had a wonderful vacation.
