You'll love being located directly on the shore in the oceanfront Shipwatch community, complete with a beachside pool. With oceanfront decks on each floor, you'll enjoy ocean views and fresh breezes whenever your heart desires! Inside your townhome, you'll find a spacious and inviting interior. Whip up delicious dishes in the skylit full kitchen, with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Relax and restore in one of three plush bedrooms (two of which are oceanfront) or gather together for movie nights in the open living area. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, and on the third floor is the primary suite with an HD TV. High-speed WiFi is ideal for remote work. The pool operates during the spring and summer months only.

We enjoyed staying in unit 223. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very nice…and we enjoyed using all the beach toys and chairs. Here are some suggestions for the future. The kitchen had everything we needed, but it was hard to find and then we forgot which cabinet the items were pulled from. It would’ve been really nice to have cabinets and drawers labeled. Also, on the first day we bought groceries for the week and there was no place to store the non-refrigerated items … it would’ve been nice to have some shelves in the pantry. We ended up moving plastic containers, fire, hydrants, etc. over just to place a few boxes of cereal, oatmeal, etc. on shelves.

The place was beautiful and right on the beach. It had everything needed to have the perfect family vacation...and more! Communication with the host was also super fast and friendly! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful family accomadations.The only negative comment would be lots of steep stairs, needed to rent baby gates, which customer services were excellent in information on rental.Had everything needed in the kitchen and needs of comfort.Would stay there again.

We had a great time on vacation! Pros: - Very comfortable mattresses! - Great views-- 3 beach balconies, one on main floor and one in each master bedroom. There's also another balcony facing parking lot off the kitchen, and a large porch as well. All balconies had plenty of seating. - Great and easy access to the beach. Beach was clean and not too crowded. - The pool was lovely. Big and had both shallow (2-3ft) and deep (6ft) end. It did get crowded at times but not too bad. - Kitchen was large and had almost everything we needed for cooking. Table had room for 6 and a few more stools at the counter so we always had enough room to eat. Ceilings are high and it felt like a lot of space. - Bathrooms were large with plenty of space. - There was a lot of helpful "extras" around, like hand soaps, laundry/dish detergent, a laundry basket, dish soap, sponges, etc. - Enough parking for 3 cars, 2 under the unit and one in a close parking lot. Cons: - Place definitely could have been cleaner, especially the floors. There was also sand in one of the kid beds. - The couches in the living room are on their last legs. - This place has a lot of stairs. 1 flight to get in the place, another flight to get to the main floor, and then a third flight to one of the bedrooms. There's also stairs to get to the beach. Not an issue for us but something to consider for people with mobility issues.

The House was ina perfect location. Its in a quiet part of the island so the beach wasn't crowded. The parking was plentiful with the extra lot and the house was excellent. We really loved that the house had 3 floors and all of them had some time of ocean view,.

Our perfect vacation

We absolutely loved this condo and the location is spot on! We had a baby sea turtles nest directly below us and they HATCHED while we were there! Amazing! We saw dolphins too! The sunrise was gorgeous, the full moon was spectacular. Especially since it was a harvest moon. Despite the tropical storm our first few days, we were nit disappointed one bit! This would be our absolute go to place if pets were allowed as we'd love to bring our girl. We would consider buying this condo! You won't be disappointed! Even all the steps were doable and we all have horrible knees. Thank you so much!

We truly enjoyed our stay in North Topsail Beach. Waking up each morning to the beautiful sunrise over the water was made possible by each of the three balconies located directly over the dunes. Access to the beach was only steps away. The pool was nice and well=maintained. The kitchen was nice and adequately equipped. The hosts were super quick to respond to our needs. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again if we ever return to this are.

Nice house not a lot of towels or wash cloths also struggled to get into house with the passcode given too us didn’t get into our home until an hour after waiting for a manager to let us in

Large home with a great view. Located in a quieter area, down and away from public beach access so not so busy in this section of beach. 3 spacious decks 2 off of bedrooms one upper and one lower the other off living area. Upper level was great for just watching the tide. We saw dolphins every day right off the deck. We booked off season and got a great price. Very spacious home and well equipped. A negative is that it is carpeted throughout which does not bode well with sand but tolerable. The mattresses and linens were awful like a cardboard box. The rest was fantastic!
