Lovely place! Had everything we needed for a great vacation. Loved the breezy balcony, steps to the pool and beach, and clean and cool home to relax in.

The condo was ready a lot earlier than expected which was wonderful, but when we got there the code for the condo did not work. This was resolved fairly quickly. We received text messages throughout our stay which was extremely helpful and thoughtful!!!! We throughly enjoyed our stay and will come back. Thank you for a wonderful week at the beach!!!!

Got to check in early which was a bonus, but then the door lock did not work. It was unlocked remotely and the issue was resolved within 20 minutes. Unit was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Loved that you were constantly in contact with texts asking about our stay and checkout process. That is an awesome feature!!

Best family trip in a while. The amenities kept the kids busy & the adults got well deserved rest. Beach access was great. Spacious and cozy for the whole family. We will be back!

Condo was nice and clean. Well equipped with kitchen appliances, pots, pans, dishes. There is a loud knocking sound when AC is on which is a little annoying when in kitchen and living room. There is not much hot water. Runs out within 15 minutes in shower so had to space out showering. A dish drying rack would have been nice. Need more than one dish towel. This is the first place we’ve stayed that the beds were not made when we arrived. Sheets are left in bag to make beds. Location to beach was great. They were doing construction on pool and bridge to beach right down from our condo. A little noisy sitting on balcony.

One of the cleanest most well-equipped places we have stayed! The kitchen is well stocked and clean. Despite facing the pool, it was not noisy at all. Great ocean views from every window and you can see the Intracoastal Waterway from the deck. Highly recommend this place!

Spingbreak with our Marine

College #springbreak2025 with my college student and her marine fiancee. Wish the weather was warmer and we could access the beach (not sure why access was taped off) but nevertheless a great time was had.

Great Time

Had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas and visiting my son and daughter in law. The St Regis property was very clean and comfortable! Great view of the ocean and minutes away from being on the beach. Would definitely stay at this location again

Great stay for a 2nd time!

We stayed in this condo previously in 2022 and once again, it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the room location, view and ease of chrck in and check out. Will definitely try to get this same location again in the future!!!

We loved how close it was to the beach. Our condo included beach chairs and pool toys. All sorts of kitchenware, including a Keurig. Nice place, felt very safe and had great views from the balcony. We would come back again. Easy check in and check out, good price too.

I loved the easy access to get in the room once you knew what to do and what was going on. The quick walk to the pool and ocean. My kids loved the foot cleaning from the beach too so the sand came off easy. Overall a nice place! Adding incase they don’t. That it does have box fans in both closets and sand toys with a kiddy pool in the second bedroom closet and to be careful on the porch with kids as the paint is peeling up making it a trip hazard.

The view was absolutely amazing! The condo was very spacious and clean. Some of the furniture could use a little updating but overall the condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!!

We love the St. Regis property and this unit was no exception. The views of the water and pool are amazing. Unit was fully stocked with everything you need and it’s always a bonus to have a washer and dryer available for use. Would definitely recommend and revisit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at St Regis. 3404 was very clean and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped to cook all of our meals, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. The location is perfect with the beach and pool literally right out the window and there was even some pool and beach toys available to use in the unit. We had an outstanding time and are looking forward to returning soon!

The unit was very clean and bright. Nice view overlooking the pool and ocean. Two balconies off each bedroom/living room. Easy access to beach and onsite restaurant with panoramic views. Even though it was a bit chilly at the pool, they had great pool side service which made it nice to enjoy a beverage and snack. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen which saved us money on eating out a lot. That said, the Wifi was very slow and spotty. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. My back was very sore for a few days. Some of the dishes were dirty and there was only one dishtowel in the kitchen. When I called Vacasa to see if there was an early checkin available they did not answer and asked if I would like to communicate via text. When I texted, they didn't respond until it was almost checkin time. I received an email from Vacasa stating that there was a later checkout time available for a minimal fee. I texted them to see how much the minimal fee was and no response. I called a couple of numbers and finally got someone who said the later checkout was not available. Vacasa is not a very responsive management company. As I said we really enjoyed out stay and we will be back. I hope we have better communication with the management company.
