After a day in the sun, relax at home in the central AC, then take advantage of the charcoal grilling area for an easy cookout. Watch a little TV or use the free WiFi to catch up on social media before bed, then call it a night in either well-appointed bedroom. The perfect beach vacation awaits - all that's left to do is book. Very nice condo on North Topsail beach. Great view, actually shaded in the morning making coffee on the balcony a perfect start to the day. Condo is well stocked and beds are very comfortable (memory foam). We would stay there again.

Perfect!! St Regis has everything you need! No need to leave. Two restaurants ( one was being remodeled so we did not get to try it out). Coffee shop, ice cream parlor, plenty of fun things for the kids to keep them happy. The resort is well designed giving everyone a view of the ocean. No fault of the resort but the shore is tight. Set up your umbrella and chairs early (like 6AM early) or you’ll be walking a bit to find a spot. At high tide the waves come right up to the walkway. I love that there is a little “river” about 2 feet deep at low tide between the sand and waves. A perfect place for little ones to safely play. And for ones that like to soak without fighting the waves. Room 3402 was by far one of the cleanest room we’ve stayed in. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for the family to sit around the TV (which was a challenge figuring out the three remotes 😂) but we got it. We will definitely choose this resort and room if we come back to vacation in this area.

The condo itself and location were very nice. Everything we needed was there, certainly well appointed. As an owner myself of a seasonal rental you may not realize that The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Not sure what was on the floor tiles but it felt wet and dirty. We had to wear shoes at all times. Toilet brush smells, chair in living room was broken when we got there and also one in dining area missing rongs. Couldn't figure out tv in living room. Wish there were instructions. Loved the welcome envelope and fresh linens.

Perfect for our spring break for our family of 5. Well stocked with a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, pizza cutter, pots/pans, etc. Plenty of towels/wash cloths. Provided linens. Would recommend.

Nice condo. Good ocean view. Updated kitchen and baths. Comfortable LR furniture. Vacation makes sure it's clean, has good linen service and basic toiletries. A new and larger mattress is needed in master BR. Very good value.

The unit was very clean. The kitchen had plenty of utensils/plates/ silverware and a large fridge. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was fantastic. The view was beautiful!! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pool. We were very comfortable during our stay. While it wasn’t the most up to date place (some cosmetic repairs were needed) it was a great value for the price. I was ready to book it again for next year, but the price had more than doubled from what I paid this year. Should the price go back down a bit I would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing Atmosphere

This was our first time visiting Topsail Island and we absolutely love it! Everything was perfect! The location of unit gave us a great view of the ocean and resort pool. Loved the chairs on the deck and the decor of the interior. We will definitely be back next year!

Nice views of the pool and ocean. High enough up or it not to be too loud. Make sure the renovations in the next apartment are finished before you book this condo.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to because this was excellent. Our family has been coming to north topsail for nearly a decade. This was the first time we stayed at the St. Regis and the vacation was absolutely amazing. The unit was so beautiful, modern, and clean. The balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a drink in the evening with great views. The unit is stocked with so much more than we expected. While we like to get out and explore, you really have everything at your fingertips at this place! There are two restaurants- besides the one that is advertised, there is also a pirate restaurant and bar in the first building! We even found a coffee and ice cream shop in the second building on our way to see the first. The third building has a really cute Game Center and you can book a massage too! Although the gym wasn’t huge, it had equipment that fit our needs! The poolside bar and grill were perfect. I am definitely looking forward to returning next year and planning to extend the vacation!

The poolside restaurant and bar were fantastic, adding a touch of convenience and relaxation to my stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable beach getaway!

Perfect!! St Regis has everything you need! No need to leave. Two restaurants ( one was being remodeled so we did not get to try it out). Coffee shop, ice cream parlor, plenty of fun things for the kids to keep them happy. The resort is well designed giving everyone a view of the ocean. No fault of the resort but the shore is tight. Set up your umbrella and chairs early (like 6AM early) or you’ll be walking a bit to find a spot. At high tide the waves come right up to the walkway. I love that there is a little “river” about 2 feet deep at low tide between the sand and waves. A perfect place for little ones to safely play. And for ones that like to soak without fighting the waves. Room 3402 was by far one of the cleanest room we’ve stayed in. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for the family to sit around the TV (which was a challenge figuring out the three remotes 😂) but we got it. We will definitely choose this resort and room if we come back to vacation in this area.
