Welcome to St. Regis and beautiful Topsail Island! This Building 3 condo on the 3rd floor above the ground floor and lobby has immaculate panoramic views of the ocean. This retreat features a fully renovated main bedroom with an adjustable bed frame and an en suite bathroom with a roll-in shower and a lowered sink for ease of use. The living room is full of natural sunlight during the day and a cozy electric fireplace in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for your vacation here with upgraded appliances to suit your needs. This handicap-friendly unit features wide doors to accommodate mobility equipment ( i.e. wheelchair, etc.). Additionally, this modern condo offers guests access to the resort's family-friendly amenities, which include an outdoor pool with access to Bum's Cabana Grill that services lunch and drinks, a new arcade, basketball court, shuffleboard, a workout facility with a sauna, a new children's playground, and BBQ grills in the courtyard. Can’t wait to book again !!!

Beautiful condo overlooked the ocean and pool , appliances and furniture/decor were very nice ! My husband and I and daughter and son and son’s girlfriend were very comfortable for our week stay we all can’t wait to book again in the future

We arrived and there is a loading zone and carts that are available for unloading. The unit is located on the 3rd floor (ground floor, lobby are floors 1 & 2) so elevator or steps are needed to access. It is right near the elevator so very convenient and balconies overlook the beach/dunes and/or pool. Rooms with queen beds are good sizes- the one with the twin beds is smallest to maneuver around in. Accomodations were decent and we had a great time. Sliding glass doors largely muted the noises outside. Our biggest concern was the missing parking passes but no one was rude as we figured out how to get ones for our car. We loved the playground, the two restaurants on sight, the game ground and pool. The only disappointment was in previous descriptions there was a mention of an indoor pool but that no longer exists. We would definitely return with the same number of people (4 adults, 3 children) for all of the conveniences present. It was also fun on the 4th of July to have fireworks

Overall it was a good experience. The condo's are nice and roomy and you are within feet of the pool and beach. Our only issues was the condo was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. But overall we had a very pleasant stay and will probably be back.

The place was clean and confortable to stay. Great beach view and easy walking access. Great seating areas, great apartment setup, with laundry inside and clean towels available. Mini golf and gym was a plus! Needs upgrade: Week Wifi, better pillows, 2 of the bedrooms blinds (not working properly/couldn’t enjoyed the view).

We arrived at 640 pm, there were no bed linens or towels. We had to drive an additional 30 mins each way to purchase some. Local staff brought some at 11am the next day. The view was spectacular. The resort is dated but pretty clean. All the vents had a bunch of dust and dirt on them, the hvac filter was very dirty. 4 days after check in and I have not been compensated for the towels and bed linens.

Condo was located on corner of building with balconies facing both ocean and pool. First floor condo was close to pool and board walk.

This was our families first time booking and we were not disappointed. The ocean views are amazing, if you are out in the balcony at the right times you will even see the dolphins. The beach access was convenient, my son definitely enjoyed having the beach as his backyard for the week. The condo itself was super cozy, with a beach vibe and had more space than I thought it would’ve had. All in all, we had a great time and we will definitely book again.

I chose this condo based on the pictures of the view and in that respect it didn't disappoint. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean with the porpoises jumping was wonderful. The condo is perfectly functional, if not luxurious. The not so good things about 3107 are that the shower in the primary is temperature controlled to accommodate a handicapped person which means that it barely gets above lukewarm. We showered in the guest bathroom, along with our other guests. Wifi is really spotty and unreliable. Pots and pans need to be replaced, the non stick coating is peeling which is a health hazard. The resort is nice, the pool (not heated) was open and clean, even though it was off season. The restaurant in the complex is excellent. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms, even though the one with the twin beds is tiny. It might function better with bunk beds, full on bottom bunk, twin on top. We did turn on the fireplace on a chilly evening, and enjoyed it. Overall, we liked it but some updates would make this really nice.
