Welcome to your beachfront adventure. Enjoy the built-in benches on your private boardwalk for people-watching, reading, or just enjoying the scenery. The views from the top floor open deck will take your breath away. In keeping with reverse floor plan design, the first level features most of the bedrooms. A large furnished covered deck overlooks the incredible ocean view. The boardwalk to the beach and convenient outside shower make for an easy, carefree beach day. Bring your chairs and boogie boards down the sand and soak up the Vitamin D. On this level, you'll also find the laundry room with a washer/dryer. The second level offers the main living area, with stunning ocean views from the furnished open deck. Make it a point to awake early one morning to see the sun rise over the ocean and watch the world wake up. It's worth the effort. A spacious, yet cozy, living room features cool wood floors, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and recessed lighting for a soft and open feel. Plenty of comfortable coordinated furniture allows the whole gang to relax together, whether watching a favorite TV show or movie or just enjoying each other's company. The gorgeous kitchen will be the family chef's delight. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and tiled tin backsplash work together with the breakfast bar for four to create a welcoming atmosphere not just for the chef, but the whole group. The formal dining table for eight lays claim to the best table in the house right in front of the oceanfront windows. To bring a bit of the outdoors in, just open the sliding glass door. Everyone wins with this fabulous oceanfront home in North Topsail Beach.

This is our second time staying here and we are already planning a third. It's big enough for our entire family yet not so big that we get lost! We loved the beach access. The place was clean, everything worked as it should and we had a great time.

My favorite thing about this house was the abundance of colorful deck furniture. Our family enjoyed our stay. A bathroom for every bedroom is great. The only thing that would improve it would be a table and at least partial covering of the top deck.

Second time at this house, we love it. Being on the north end with easy on/off of the island close to on-shore shopping a huge plus. Ocean views are great, lots of deck chairs so important for a large group too. We’ll be back!

A Great Beach Vacation House

This is our new favorite on Topsail Island. Right on the water; next year we won't even take our chairs and umbrellas. You're close to the waves while sitting on the deck. House was spotlessly clean when we got there. Never a fly, beetle, or ant to be seen. Plenty of linens and towels provided, all the appliances worked as they should, lots of pans, china, and utensils in the kitchen. Quiet, uncrowded beach, nice deck furniture. We'll be back.

Ample space and seating. Amenities were great. Spent every night on the deck watching the ocean, pelicans, helicopters, moon and stars.

We had a great stay at island awakening. We’ve stayed here several times in years gone by, but we’re pleased with the upgrades inside the house. We’ve been coming to North Topsail for 15 years, this is always a favorite. You can’t beat the 8 high top chairs along the top deck to view everything! Dolphins, pelicans, sharks and whales ( yes we’ve had sightings!) full moons and the best sunrise on the east coast! The house was very clean but I do believe it’s time for the exterminator to pay a visit. We gave chase and termination to several good size bugs. It’s the norm of living on the coast. We’ll always be back!

Location can't be beat! Right over the bridge and beach is right outside the back door. House was well maintained and appeared recently updated. Would love to stay yearly but the new management company doesnt hold weeks for the previous year's renters like most companies and its already booked for next year. That's the only disappointment.
