This retreat offers three well-appointed levels and a unique beachfront location - let the elevator take you to each level in the blink of an eye! The first level hosts four bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom and TV, and an extensive beachfront deck with a bubbly hot tub and an outdoor shower. The home's second level is where the main living space is located, along with a bedroom/den with an en suite bathroom. The sunny living area is flooded with natural light, allowing you to admire the breathtaking beach and ocean views from every sofa. Gather around the fireplace for storytelling or watch a favorite show on the large TV. The gorgeous kitchen will help you create a five-star meal for the group. It has a double-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, a mini-fridge, and two dishwashers. The upper level boasts two main suites, each with access to a waterfront balcony, an inviting seating area with a mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and sink, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not for guest use.

Great home for our large multi-family ages 8 months to 88 years old. Well stocked kitchen with appliances, dinnerware, utensils, etc. for cooking. After 12 years of our family vacations on Topsail Island this is the very first home the entire family agrees to come back to. Could not be more pleased.

Very large house, nice access to beach, fairly good shape. Had a bit of a cleaning problem in both house and hot tub but they fixed problems fairly quick. One bunk room fan would not soon due to lose blades and they had someone out next day. Overall very placed and rebooked for next year.

Nice home with access to the beach. Good kitchen facilities except lacking a vegetable grater. Wifi worked. There was an issue adjusting the thermostat but one phone call to a representative solved that concern.

This home is a beautiful oceanfront residence but you'll need to be prepared for some downsides, especially for the price point. 1. Location - the private stairs/boardwalk to the beach is excellent. All three decks have a great oceanfront view and the home is mid-way between two public beach access points, so the beach experience is very private. There's a township park across the street with playground, ice cream shop and a kayak/canoe launch area. 2. Cleanliness - the bathrooms were all very clean but we experienced crumbs and glitter all over the dining room table and chairs, unwashed dishes in the dishwasher and leaks from the great room air conditioning ducts and speakers. There's water damage stains on some of the ceilings that you have to ignore. The hot tub was filthy but someone came by and cleaned it on our third day into the reservation. 3. Missing items - there is no grill with the house, at all. For the price point, this is a huge miss. The listing also shows 2 Keurig machines in the upstairs master suites which are not there. 4. HVAC - the HVAC is locked remotely and you have no real control over the temperature. It was always between 69 and 71 while we were there and we had to use blankets and sweatshirts at some points to balance it out. 5. Amenities - bath towels and bed linens were provided and in good order. The kitchen had very little as far as utensils and dishes (weirdly very low on bowls) and there are no outside items such as beach chairs, bikes, etc. This isn't a knock on the property since the listing doesn't say that there are. 6. Overall, it's a very nice house in a great location but plan ahead for bringing kitchen essentials, plan on some missing or broken items and expect some maintenance issues or cleanliness challenges. I know this is all relative, but for the price point of the house, I expected a lot more.

The house is beautiful and roomy. We have been coming to Topsail for years and this has been the most amazing house. We were here with all our children and 2 grandchildren, one of which celebrated her 16th birthday while here. Add more silverware to the kitchen, as we found the constant need to wash what was there to have enough. All in all the house was clean and well appointed. The leather chairs in the family room were so comfy. I found where to order and will be doing so. The decorations were quite appropriate. The elevator was very helpful to us. The porches overlooking the ocean were great. The wonderful picture windows overlooking the ocean were fabulous. Access to beach very convenient due to walkway accessibility.

Amazing location steps from the beach

We loved how close this house was to the water, in addition to the decor, the spacious bedrooms, the hot tub, and more. We Will be back!

The home and location are beautiful. The house is starting to show its age with several things not working. We called for maintenance of a few items (leaking outdoor shower, large stovetop burner not working, bathroom door not closing/locking properly) and 2 separate people came out for the shower and stove but basically said we can't fix these issues right now so have a nice vacation. The home could use more bowls in the kitchen and towel hooks throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms would be a big help. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to rent this house again next year, but the price is almost $5k more than we just paid so we cannot afford it, which is unfortunate because even given the small issues we encountered, we enjoyed this house the most out of any from our years of vacationing at Topsail. I recommend the home, but not at the current steep price point.

This home has an excellent view! The kitchen is very well equipped with every pot and pan you could need, crock pot, air fryer - some unexpected items. The main living area is roomy and the Master Suites upstairs are great! We were here a day after Hurricane Ian came through, but were still able to enjoy our time here immensely!
