Description Description
With the golden sand and ocean waves a matter of steps down the street, this spacious North Topsail Beach home is a place for days spent swimming, beachcombing, and taking in sunrise and sunset views of the sound from the expansive back deck. This three-story home is set two rows back from the oceanfront, with the beach accessible about 100 yards away. You'll have driveway and carport parking (with a wet-weather entry), not to mention easy loading/unloading access via an elevator that connects the ground floor to all levels. One of the star features of this house is the outdoor space it offers, including an ocean view sundeck and two covered decks on the sound-front. You'll have plenty of room for sipping your morning coffee while observing the local herons, lingering in the salty afternoon breeze, and gazing out across Everett Bay, Stump Sound, and the Intracoastal Waterway at sunset. After a beautiful day at the beach, come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) and foot-washing stations and head inside to cool off in central air (with ceiling fans to circulate the breeze). When it's time to get started on dinner, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a slow cooker, a blender, a waffle iron, two drip coffee pots, and all sorts of other culinary tools. There's mealtime seating at both the breakfast bar and the dining room table, as well as a smart TV (one of five with streaming and the Spectrum cable app) mounted above the gas fireplace for movie nights afterwards. With three full bathrooms and three half-baths, each of the five bedrooms has access to its own bathroom and all linens provided. Additional features of the house include a selection of books and board games, three DVD players, a private washer/dryer, central heating, a landline telephone, and complimentary WiFi. Things to Know

We had such a great time. The house was very clean and perfect for us. We had 10 people, 2 of which were kids. I think it was great to be under one roof and at the same time the layout was perfect that you were also able to have your own personal space.

This house was absolutely perfect. There was a slight odor on the bottom floor with the dehumidifier and on the 2nd floor and stairs the carpet is stained up pretty good. But other than that it was perfect for myself, husband, and kids!! We wished there would have been a dock for use being on the sound side. But the beach access was super easy!

Perfect house. So tastefully decorated. Perfect layout. Kutchen has everything you need. Quick and easy walk to the beach right across the street. The beach is perfect and not crowed at all. The deck on the front of the house has ocean views and in the evening you can sit a hear the waves. Location of the house is perfect. Not in the middle of chaos but not so far away it feels like you are driving forever. This is the best house I've stayed in, and I vacation every year. I love this house. Thetop floor bedroom with the black furniture is the master and doesn't share a bathroom. The middle floor has the 4 bedrooms and share bathrooms but each bedroom has it's own toilet and mirror/ vanity. Plenty of space. You never feel crowded or clogged up. We had 11 people,3 couples, 3 teenagers, a 12 and a 11 year old. The elevator is a godsend but the stairs weren't overwhelming. The owners have done so good with this house. I truly loved it. We had a great family vacation.

sunset and sunrise views were awesome. Fully stocked kitchen and the cleanliness is topnotch. access to beach was good and elevator was a plus. decks were used alot.

Very roomy with so many bathrooms and decks. Gorgeous view off of back deck. Very well equipped kitchen. Almost as close to the beach as houses on the beach. Good size bedrooms. Comfortable, very nice.
