This multi-level oceanfront home is the hideaway of choice for events and large families and groups looking for the perfect place to stay! Spend hot summer evenings cooling down in the private heated pool or working on your tan on the many poolside loungers. If you want to treat yourself to a well-deserved rest, hop over to the bubbly hot tub on the second-floor deck. The home's first floor features a laundry room with a washer/dryer and an extensive deck overlooking the pool and pool area. The main living space on the second floor has a cheerful open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen and living/dining areas. The chef's kitchen is well-appointed with exquisite, high-end appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Find an overlay refrigerator, wine fridge, microwave, a four-burner stove/oven, and a center island with a sink. The inviting living area welcomes you to do nothing but relax and entertain yourself with comfortable furniture, a large TV, and a Sonos speaker. The theater room has a hidden wet bar. You will find a beautiful balcony upstairs with direct beach and ocean views. The elevator will take you to any level, from the first to the third, in the blink of an eye. The bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms. Things to Know The jacuzzi no longer has jets. The private pool is typically open from May through October.

Beyond the Blue was a beautiful house and the space was great for the part of our group that got to stay there. The pool and the media room were a huge hit as well. We just wish we had lights at the pool during the evening hours. The reason for some of our low ratings had nothing to do with the house itself. We were scheduled to stay at a different property through Vacasa upon arrival. We had just received our key code and as we were pulling onto the island at 3:30 (check in was at 4:00) after 6 hours of driving we received a phone call from Vacasa telling us that our house was no longer available. We were quite shocked and thought we would be temporarily displaced due to a mechanical issue at the property. However, we were given two choices. We could either be refunded and return home, or they could offer us two houses for our group (they did not have a house large enough for all of us). Long story short we took the two houses while only having a brief amount of time to see if they were suitable. As we headed for both of those properties we were then told we had to wait now until 4:30 before going to the properties as they were not ready. Half of our group did get to enjoy being ocean front and having private pool access as we had expected with the original property, but the other half of our group had to stay in a different house about 5 miles away. This house although nice as well, was not ocean front (about 4 house rows back), and it did not offer a pool. While our group did manage to get together as much as we could during the week, it was not what we were prepared for, or expected. We were told we would be refunded the difference in cost, which we were a week later. However, we did reach out to Vacasa and felt as if we should be accommodated further. After many calls to them during the week, they did not get back to us until we had returned home. Vacasa told us that they felt they had accommodated us very well and there was nothing more they would do for us. This is the second time now that Vacasa has inconvenienced us with our vacation stays. We have vacationed on Topsail Island for 40 years, and we vacation with about 80 people total. Due to the inconvenience of our week we are not unable to book properties close by the large group of people we vacation with every year for next year. Needless to say Vacasa let us down yet again, and we will do our very best not to book with them in the future.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive after a long drive only to learn your original oceanfront property with a pool was no longer available, especially when your group was then split between two homes with very different amenities and locations. We also regret the delays in check-in and that our communication during your stay did not meet expectations.

This house everything you need for a large family trip. There is plenty of space. The pool, hot tub, and elevator were great upgrades for us! I even saw the pool maintenance company come and check the levels/clean. There is some wear and tear we assume is from renting all summer, but overall it was a great rental!

Twelve of us (3 generations) stayed in this home from July 8, 2023 until July 15, 2023. We were very pleased with the lay-out, spaciousness, easy access to the beach, and proximity to local amenities. It is a beautiful home with very few issues. Note that the elevator was down for repairs (we were given advance notice and a price adjustment) and water pressure in the main kitchen sink was terrible. Also be careful of getting splinters from the decking. Overall, we thought it was a great place and we all agreed we'd rent again someday.

The house was great to accommodate our 4 family friend vacation. Easy beach access. Great views of the ocean all around. Had to reach out for a couple things but customer service was nice and prompt to address needs.
