This 1BR/1BA riverside condo is in the Wilmington Historic District. The unit offers a well-equipped kitchen and a sunlit living area. Enjoy a beverage and snacks on your private balcony, overlooking the Cape Fear River with breathtaking sunset views. Walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions from this prime location. LIVING AREA - features a spacious living room, complete with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING - The unit features a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to create delicious meals, including an array of appliances (except a dishwasher). BED & BATH - This rental sleeps four between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a closet to store and hang your things. Your unit has a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA - Enjoy amazing views of the river, Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina from the private balcony. Simply walk across the street, stroll along River Walk to get an up close and relaxed view of the Cape Fear. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, internet, and a washer/dryer. PRIVATE PARKING - parking for one passenger CAR is provided for the suite. DIRECTLY BEHIND THE UNIT ON THE BACK ROW OF THE PARKING LOT IS A PRIVATE PARKING AREA MARKED IN YELLOW. SPACE NO 3 IS ASSIGNED TO SUITE 204. DO NOT PARK IN ANY OTHER SPACES. TOWING IS INFORCED. There is also a paid parking lot adjacent to our building and a paid parking deck 2 blocks away. This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are available. LOCATION - This rental offers an extremely walkable locale, nestled in the Historic District near eateries, shops, and attractions. Outdoor recreation abounds with kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming all nearby. For a day at the shore, travel is about 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.

Location is good. It was perfect because we were around everything we needed e.g. restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, market, etc. Bedroom tv did not work. The owner sent Gavin and he was really nice/professional and switched the tv out until he could further access the other tv. We were assigned parking space 9 but someone was parked there and we were assigned spot 3 as a quick resolution. Overall, the property is nice and I like all of the security points around the building.

Everything was wonderful. The view was great and a perfect place to people watch. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

Location. Parking is challenging, master TV didn’t work. But the location and view were wonderful.

Loved the bed. Over all the place felt a little outdated, but had most everything we needed. Didn’t live that it didn’t have a dishwasher. TV was hard to figure out, no instructions. Never got the living room tv to work. Not a huge deal since most of the time we were not in the condo. Wrightsville beach was perfect. Carolina beach was OK.

Mary booked this place for us the night before our stay because our previously booked (& fully paid for) unit had been “taken off the website”. The location and view is my favorite part of the Water Street Retreats. Having a parking pass is also a great addition! The only thing I will say is that this unit was more outdated than others I’ve stayed at.

Great place to stay in downtown Wilmington. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions.
