Perfect spot. Very clean, accessible. Beautiful peaceful view. Walking distance to everything. The only downside is no parking at property. Factor in paying for daily parking and walking back and forth to off-site location.

This wonderful u it was just that.. wonderful. Everything was new and decor was beautiful. Little touches like having KRUP COFFEE pods may a big difference . Location to historic Wilmington and riverwalk and restaurants was great. Parking options clearly spelled out in instructions made a huge difference

We loved everything about Wilmington. The restaurants were beautiful and the food was very good. My favorite was The George. The waitress there was super friendly and answered our questions about the area. We toured the Bellamy Mansion and walked all around the Historic area. Beautiful churches and homes. We took lots of pictures. Our condo was beautiful and the perfect location to walk to everything. We travel every year for our anniversary and this was one of our favorites so far.

Location location location! Walking distance to so much. We brought our young boys and it was fun walking around, getting ice cream, etc. Everything was really nice - we would absolutely love to come back! City Noises minimal: We weren't there during high season but couldn't hear neighbors and while there was some street noise in the bedroom, turning on the tower fan drowned it out. Safety: Well lit, 2 blocks from Market/Water Street. Felt completely safe. Conveniences: walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars. There's a nice convenience store (DGX) a block away for milk, creamer, any supplies you need to grab last minute. Battleship a short drive away.

Furnishings done with a cozy degree of class and sophistication. It’s just the perfect size for a weekend getaway. We could not get over the view from the balcony, our favorite spot where we enjoyed the battleship view and boating/wildlife activity on the river. We parked our car on Thursday and never needed it again until time to go home on Sunday. We have already begun looking at our calendar for our next visit!

The condo is very clean and decorated lovely. Check in and out is a breeze. They are very easy to work with and communicate quickly. Being on the sixth floor gave us a nice view of the harbor and beautiful sunsets. E enjoyed our stay.

Had an amazing stay in the heart of downtown Wilmington. Very quiet with beautiful sunsets over the Cape Fear River. Your best bet is the parking garages on 2nd to park otherwise you’ll get a ticket. Definitely will stay here again without a doubt

Great location and a beautiful view of the battleship pointing right at you with a perfect sunset in the background. Everything tip top in the apartment. Would look to stay here again and recommend to anyone over any hotel.

It was a very enjoyable experience. My only concerns was the doorknobs and doors were not clean. There was dryer lint behind the front door and in the dryer. The parking outside the building is ridiculous. On your site you should let handicap people know that if they have a placard they can park free at the meters on the street. Address these issues and it would have been much better.
