It is an amazing condo.

It’s a great apartment with a view that’s easy to walk to lots of different places. We walked down the river walk and had dinner and drinks and walked back. Ideal if you want to walk around downtown. Place is small but cute. Kitchen isn’t ideal for cooking large meals as the sink barely fits a glass but there are so many cool places to eat that it’s fine.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. Came for a conference and was happily surprised by the downtown area. Great food, bookstores and shops. Our host was very accommodating. We locked ourselves out (technology) but she was patient and walked us through it until we were successful. Thank you so much! We hope to stay again soon.

Ideally situated right in downtown Wilmington with easy access to all bars and restaurants as well as a great view of the battleship right from the balcony

Always love staying at this location. Because of the location. Walking distance and privacy is big to us.

Communicating with Vacasa was inconsistent - hard to figure out to reach someone after we booked, until it got closer to our stay date. Notification about signing rental agreement was also confusing - links we were sent wouldn't work for instance. For actual stay - location was stellar, conveniently very close to the heart of downtown restaurants and shops, neat view of the river and battleship, pretty easy to find and enter building etc. Parking situation was so-so, I would not recommend using the River Place garage only because it was confusing to get in and out of to your car once parked on level 3 or higher. Room itself was fine, uninspiring but for the rate it was reasonable. improvement areas - cleanliness especially floors could have been up a notch, AC unit was loud and right in bedroom, nothing fancy with the bed or linens - could add some softer sheets, a nicer style of towels that don't leave pills and a few more amenities like lotion, coffee for the maker in kitchen are always a nice touch also but were absent here.

We loved the location. It had a spectacular view and enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and everything was nice and clean. We surely are reserving this place in the future and also recommend it to others.

So we had a little snag when we checked in, the directions for the code were not correct and need some updating. Otherwise the VRBO was clean and very well kept. The view is amazing and the location is absolutely perfect for downtown Wilmington

The place is clean and accommodating, the VaCasa management is superb. We have used VaCasa before and will again when in Wilmington.

Great, comfortable condo overlooking the Cape Fear river. Direct view of the battleship North Carolina. All the things inside the unit that a small family required to have a simple and enjoyable vacation. Downtown location was perfect.

We had quite a bit of frustration getting into the condo because the 7 digit access code did not work. Vacasa wasn’t able to get us in with another code so we were directed to a lock box using inadequate directions. Once we got the key from the lockbox, we were able get in w our luggage. When we returned to move our car from the loading/unloading zone, our car was ticketed. So far, Vacasa management hasn’t gotten back to us on settling the parking ticket. Yikes!!

I booked this condo for a little getaway and it was everything I needed. Super convenient to downtown so you can walk everywhere. Condo was clean. I’ll definitely look to stay here again whenever I go back to Wilmington.

This condo is perfectly located for walking to all of the downtown fun of Wilmington! The view of the river is phenomenal! Make sure you pack your own coffee and filters or plan to walk downstairs to the bagel shop!

The condo had a super warm and cozy feeling from the time we opened the door. It was super clean, and had everything we needed for our stay including laundry pods! The view couldn’t get any better, right outside our window and balcony y view was the battleship. It was beautiful! The bed was super comfortable as well. We will definitely stay here again!

This unit is ideal for a couple looking to have all the conveniences of downtown Wilmington within walking distance. Great view of the battleship from the living room. Clean unit with everything you need for a short term stay. Parking is a little confusing as the best place to park is the 2nd street parking deck around the corner near Ruth Chris and across from the Ballast Hotel.
