Located in the Wilmington Historic District, this charming 1-bedroom condo offers stunning views of the Cape Fear River and the Battleship North Carolina from a private covered balcony. Enjoy a prime location just steps from downtown shops, cafés, and the riverwalk.
The open-concept living area features a sleeper sofa, tasteful décor, and a 48" flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for two—perfect for easy meals before exploring the city.
The bedroom offers a plush queen bed and TV, while the full bathroom features a spacious vanity and tub/shower combo. Step outside to the balcony with café seating for two and unbeatable waterfront views.
Extras include: free Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, elevator access, and a single-level layout on the 8th floor (remodeled in 2019).
Parking: No on-site parking. Paid lot next door, paid deck two blocks away, and metered street parking available (free Sundays).
Walk to Riverfront Park in three blocks. Wrightsville Beach is less than 11 miles away.
Note: Street construction is currently taking place in front of the building, and the street is closed.

This condo is an a great location, and was very clean and updated! Our only complaint was the AC unit that resides in a bedroom closet is very loud and is definitely a disruption for sleeping.

Stayed at water street condos now for the 10th time. First time in 808 this condo has a very good level of decor modern kitchenette. Lovely condo

I loved the location and the guest services. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a weekend getaway and we had a great time.

The view and the location gets five stars ⭐️. The only negative was the smell of smoke and the cheap quality of the towels. Everything else was very good 👍

Right im the middle of all the action. Great view of the river. I gave 4 stars because, although the unit was very clean, the rug was very stained.

The location is right on water street across from the board walk restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of river and mostly quiet. The condo was a perfect size for our week stay.
