Baylin A offers both ocean and sound views in the quiet, private community in Serenity Point! On the ground level, you'll find an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from the beach. The stairs to the front door are located on the left. The living room offers a sofa bed and access to the deck. The dining room is bordered by mirrors, which makes the living space seem larger. Dine together at the table with more seating at the bar looking into the kitchen. The kitchen offers a refrigerator with an icemaker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. The deck, off of the living space, has wonderful views of the ocean and south end of the Island. You'll love the tranquility of the preserved sand dunes, the last on the island. To save yourself from running up and down the stairs, there is a half bath on this level with a washer/dryer The loft is mid-way between the two levels, with a futon mattress for younger guests to sleep on. (Use ladders to access the loft at your own risk.) Upstairs you'll find the guest bedroom with a bathroom located across the hall. The large primary bedroom surrounds you with views of the Island and offers its own en suite. Serenity Point offers its guests a swimming pool and private beach access. It is conveniently located a short distance to the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital, fishing pier, shopping, and dining. Join a Topsail Beach tradition and visit the Beach Shop and Grill for a hamburger or beach dog. It will be an unforgettable experience. The kids will enjoy the close proximity to the Patio Playground for miniature golf and arcade games. The shared pool is typically open from May through end of September.

The serene atmosphere, the gorgeous beach and colors of the ocean. Loved how uncrowded it is. People I did meet were so friendly. It was like being in “coastal Mayberry” lol

House was great for 4 of us. The loft bed isn't private at all and I'm glad we didn't have to utilize the pull out sofa which would have made things really cramped but for the 4 of us it was ideal. Vacasa had great customer service throughout. The one 'complaint' is that nearly all other VRBOs and rentals we've used typically have leftover salt/pepper and maybe some other small essentials in the kitchen area but this did not so we had to buy some as we didn't bring our own. Wrong assumption on my part.

The home was immaculate with every amenity at our disposable. A regular coffee make and a Kuerig were available. Dishwasher, washer and dryer came in handy. The beach access was was not to far away. Being older I normally prefer to be able to walk right out the door onto the beach, but I was able to enjoy the short walk to the beach as well. I wanted to take advantage of the pool access as well because it loiked very nice, but we ended up spending every free moment at the beach.

This home had most everything our family needed. We are an easy-going family, and we enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the loft area to hang out. The back deck is a nice place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The very short walk to the beach which was wonderful. The pool was enjoyed by the entire family as well. Kitchen had what we needed for the week. The only negative about this home was that the queen size bed was the most awful sleep experience I have had. So awful that we dreaded to go to bed due to the uncomfortableness of the mattress, and the constant squeaking noise. Even with the bed issue, we would stay at this home again.

The view of wild sand dunes from the back deck, with ocean in the distance. Never had this experience before. Pretty special and serene, of course.

Topsail stay was extremely nice for my first time stay. Peaceful, not crowded and a nice little area where the home is located. I did not interact with anyone homeowner/or the host in which I’d prefer it that way. The home was nice, back deck could use a little updating as you could tell it was being loved over the years. Even through it said no dogs allowed. There was obviously a dog in the house prior to my stay. As there was dog hair on the couch and love seat in the home including the floor as well a large blob of dog hair thrown out over the back deck. Also seemed to be in the room with the twin beds that a dog had spent time in that room as it smelled like a dog. Other than that the stay was pleasant and nice.

The views were breathtaking!! The coziness of the home felt like home! Keep your eyes open for wildlife. I got a picture of a coyote in the dunes while walking the beach at Serenity Point. Also the beach is within short walking distance and so was a great spot for fishing!

We paid 200$ for cleaning fee. I guess the previous renters did the same. What we got for this money? Dirty floors, dusty couches, somebody's feces on toilet seat. Make the conclusions by yourselves

We love the neighborhood, the quietness and the property was perfect for us. House was clean, with plenty of towels, blankets, and the kitchen is well equipped. I love the morning walks around the neighborhood. Close to shop & restaurants. It's first time doing a rental. We usually stay at the hotel in topsail. We'll be back.

Not only does this cottage have quality kitchen appliances and utensil but all the linens were in the beds and a small gift bag was left. Made for a great welcome. Btw this is our second year in this cottage. Great place to stay.

This house was absolutely fantastic! A short walk to the beach access, which was very open and not crowded. House had all the amenities that one would need for visiting. The community pool was right across the road and the kids loved it! The house is at the end of island and made for fun walks any time of day. Topsail is a fun island that is very chill.

This is conveniently located almost evenly between inlet access and beach access. The house was sufficiently clean. The outdoor patio furniture was well maintained. The showers and sinks had excellent water pressure. There is 3 outdoor spigots for washing off. The pool was a little chilly for the first week of June but was to be expected due to current weather.
