Come and enjoy oceanfront living at its finest - a coveted spacious and upscale four-bedroom home on Topsail! This expansive home offers incredible sunrise-to-sunset views of both the beach and the sound. It's located in an uncrowded section of the beach. The great room features 600 sq. ft. of amazing amenities, quality furniture, and an adjoining half bath. The crow's nest alcove with a window seat, a game table, and 270-degree views. Summer sunsets glow through 10 feet of glass opening to a large deck. Dozens of books, board games, and puzzles will keep everyone entertained, along with a 70” TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth sound bar. Enjoy 1,400 sq. ft. of unsurpassed outdoor living including lighted decks and extensive Polywood outdoor furniture (Adirondacks, chairs, rockers, chaises, and a round table). Beach toys include bodyboards, sand chairs, and beach umbrellas. The huge main deck has no-splinter, cool-to-the-foot teak decking. The private walkway/stairs to the beach has both shower and hose to rinse off sand and salt. Half of the deck is covered and shaded by the upper deck. There is a second, enclosed, ground-level outdoor shower below. The top-level 30 x 10 oceanfront deck has aluminum decking and amazing ocean views.

Overall, we love this house. Good sized rooms, really nice porches and decks, the putting area is a nice addition. It would be nice to have a grill. Over time things wear out or get "old" and this house is about ready for a few minor updates. Things like a new coffee pot, new silverware, better pots and pans, ceiling light bulbs that don't flicker when on dim, new carpet runner on stairs. All minor things that would not take a lot of money to update, but would enhance the vacation experience. But again, we would recommend this house to our friends. Good sized rooms, great porches and decks, great views both of the ocean and the sound.

The house is amazing. Perfect size for a large group. The views and porches are unmatched. We loved having the elevator to help with luggage and packages also. The beach on this part of the island is huge, so be prepared for a walk down to the water. We didn't mind it, but older folks may have a harder time. We would definitely rent this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The house is laid out so well and very well stocked with amenities. The location is perfect and the upper and lower ocean side decks are great providing sunny and shaded options as well as plenty of comfortable chairs. We will definitely return!

We looked at several 4BR beachfront homes on Vacasa and narrowed down to Top Sol Turvy. So glad we did! Family of 6 adults and 4 children spent a fantastic week in this perfectly located home. Modern, great assortment of amenities, well laid out for relaxing, eating, enjoying family and beach time and well situated between Surf City and South Topsail. It met and exceeded all our needs and expectations. Will likely try to book again next year!

We love this home have stayed here the last six years it is situated perfectly on the lot love the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom end it just works perfectly for our family

This home is perfectly situated on the island such that you can see sunrise and sunset every day. There is enough room for everyone to have their own space but still be able to gather in the family room and kitchen together. I love the wooden walkway out to the beach, it made it much easier to get to the water.

Home was extremely clean and well appointed. The location was perfect with decks and views of the ocean and the sound. Local staff was friendly at check in and checkout. I highly recommend this home and Vacasa.
