Summer Daze has an easy-going comfortable atmosphere. It offers five bedrooms and three baths. Equipped with all the necessities and a few extras, this home presents you with an ideal coastal retreat. The first bedroom is located on the ground level. With a living area, kitchen (no dishwasher), sleeping area, and private bathroom, this apartment (first bedroom) is a great advantage for bringing along extra family or friends. A quaint kitchen, with a table for four, offers a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The pine cabinets house cookware, dishes, and other extras. There is a private bath and a full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. A set of stairs, to the right of the garage, leads you to a sizeable street-side porch where there is plenty of seating for everyone to watch the sun set below the sound. The beachy and brightly painted walls throughout this home glisten with sunlight from the nicely framed windows. This cozy home offers a spacious eat-in kitchen, living area, and four bedrooms. The home-style kitchen has a table for four and all the essentials required to whip up your family's favorite meal. There is a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. The numerous cabinets offer many extras for the family cook. A generously sized breakfast bar adds seating for six. The living area is a great place to unwind. A set of wicker chairs offer more seating and books for your entertainment. The sunshine soaks the large window and offers amazing views of the ocean just beyond the expansive deck. Partially covered, this space holds numerous chairs, a large picnic table, an outdoor shower, and a boardwalk leading straight to the sugar sand beach. There is plenty of room for tanning in the sun chairs, napping in the Adirondack chairs, watching the sunrise, or snacking at the picnic table. You may find yourself living daily on the deck by the shore. As the day closes, the charming bedrooms offer a comfortable place for a good night's rest. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on either side of the home. The north side offers one oceanfront room and one sound-side room. The south side offers the same. The second bedroom is oceanfront on the north side of the home. The third bedroom faces the sound on the north side of the home. The fourth bedroom is oceanfront on the south side of the home. The fifth bedroom faces the sound on the south side of the home.

The views from this house are spectacular and the beach is quite wide. The downstairs apartment accessible from a side door theough the garage looks newly renovated and would be a nice private place for a couple to stay separate from the upstairs. Upstairs 4 bedrooms, 2 baths one with a tub the other a shower and smaller. Bed boxsprings a little squeaky but comfortable otherwise. 3 kings incl downstairs apartment, 2 queens & 2 singles in other rooms. Plenty of kitchen utensils and plates etc, cookware. Easy bike ride into the small Topsail Beach center - there is a path across the street that ends in the "village." All in all a quiet and restful stay.

The house and location was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and well stocked. This is the second house we have rented through Vrbo. Vacasa….excellent job!!!

Nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen, a good selection of glasses for drinks. Comfortable beds. Nice deck, lots of seating. A wonderful place to celebrate Christmas with family.

We loved the large deck, the beach was a mile long at low tide (seemed like). Saw dolphins swimming up the shoreline. Had most everything we needed in the kitchen.

We loved the layout of this cute beachhouse. Enjoyed coffeand dinner on beautiful deck every day! Loved the location on quiet area of the beach. Would come back anytime!!!

This was a amazing stay for us and our friends! The house had enough room and beds to accommodate all of us. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Amazing views and Gust service was quick to answer all questions and very friendly. Will definitely be booking another stay here in the future. Thank you Vacasa for a wonderful vacation the house was the cherry on the cake.

Its a cute old style home. A lot more space than we were expecting. It was clean with fresh linens on the beds and fresh towels. I will rent here again when we come back.

Amazing views of the ocean from the very roomy deck! Of course, we could step on down to beach any time. There were 8 adults and a child with us. We had more than enough space. Everything we needed was available except for a gas grill, which we were able to rent for a very reasonable cost and it’s delivered with a full tank of gas and picked up!

I really enjoyed staying at this home and the view was fantastic. I didn't have any real concerns but there were a couple repairs/updates that the house really could have used. Nothing that interrupted our stay or ability to enjoy ourselves and would definitely stay again.

You really can't beat the view from this deck! We spent a week here and it was amazing. The house is in a great location, very quiet, right on the beach with your own personal access. There were plenty of towels, hot water, kitchen well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We didn't bother to check out the downstairs apartment as we did not need the extra space. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Vacasa made the entire rental process easy & smooth.

We just finished our stay at Summer Daze and we had the best time. The house is stocked with everything you need from cooking to playing in the sand. They even had a crib and high chair if needed in the closets. It was about a 10 minute drive to food and grocery from the house which was nice because you are close enough for convenience but far enough that you still have peace and quiet. The only complaint I have is that the deck severely needs sanded. Many of us had splinters in our feet from walking on the deck without shoes, so wears shoes at all times when out there. Other than that, I would stay here again for sure!

We brought our family together for Thanksgiving week. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the week. We absolutely loved the beach access! Even though it was cool, we spent a lot of time on the beach walking and collecting shells. The facility is clean and well-maintained. We loved everything about it!!
