We loved the beautiful views, the gorgeous pool, the privacy and the ability to fish all week. The house was simply beautiful with a lot a room to spread out. We had so many request for info on this place and we will be booking again.

This home is unique and the views are amazing, thus why we chose this rental. Some things were in disrepair or not functioning (one of the fire torches, most pool lights) and the living room furniture is stained and worn, the kitchen is lacking cookware to accommodate the guest capacity, and the beds are not made (sheets are just placed in a bag in the rooms) but we enjoyed the weekend despite these few inconveniences.

The house was clean and ready for us to move in. The house is beautiful and designed for adults and children. The location is perfect for a peaceful stay. The grandkids lived the pool. Everyone had their own bedroom. Fun activities and restaurants are close by. We loved our stay!

This house had beautiful 360 degree views. It wasn’t too far from the beaches. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together. We especially loved the heated pool.

We loved the house. There were 10 adults and 8 children all under nine yrs old. The kids loved the heated pool. The adults loved having the security of being on an island. The water around the house is very shadow which was great for the little ones. There is only one refrigerator in the house but we knew that in advance so we brought a couple coolers. The beach is easily drivable but to be honest the small kids enjoyed the pool more than the rough waves of the ocean. We rented jet skis and they brought them right to the house, you can sit in the pool chairs and watch the kids play on them. Beautiful home, well taken care of. They provided plenty of linen. Kitchen was well equipped and internet worked great. We would absolutely return to this beautiful house.

This house was as advertised. Normally on our trips to North Topsail, we stay in an oceanfront house but the number of houses this year which had pools was limited so we decided to stay off the beach this year and it was a great decision. The location is fabulous and the house was well cared for with ample amenities. It is only a 15-minute drive to the beach and the grocery store without the hassle of island traffic. Only a few minor things prevented a 5-star score. The king bed in the second floor bedroom was not the greatest from a comfort standpoint. Probably needs a new mattress. The grill left something to be desired. It worked, but could use a little upgrade. Finally, the pool was great but could have used a good sweeping prior to our arrival. Again, these are minor issues and our overall experience was wonderful. We will definitely look to book this house again in the future.

The house was perfect, it’s a place you never want to leave once you arrive. The views everywhere were stunning, sunsets were perfect and the space was immaculate. It felt like you were floating on your own island. The staff was very responsive when we had needs and helped us out promptly! This is perfect for a huge family vacation

If you're looking for a large home with stunning views, the house is a great fit. The pictures matched what the home had to offer and from that point we were really pleased. We only had 8 people stay, and from that stand point, we were just able to get by with the supplies in the house. The kitchen has the bare minimum of pots/pans/appliances. There are no basics (spices, oil, garbage bags, aluminum foil, ziploc bags, etc.). We had to call to get propane for the grill, but then discovered the ignitor for the grill didn't work, and there weren't any lighters/matches in the house- or grill tools. On the cooler evenings we were looking forward to using the solo stove, but realized there wasn't wood so we had to hunt some down in town. We begged to get the pool heater turned on and were willing to pay for it, but despite multiple attempts no one could help us, so the beautiful pool remained unused. It was a few weeks before the season officially started, but I would have hoped they would work with us. Some of the furniture seemed to have been assembled recently and not very well. We wanted to tighten the legs of the dining table and chair so they wouldn't wobble or break, but couldn't find a tool box in the house. Bottom line - our group loved the house, but if it's not in the pictures, assume it's not there.

My family enjoyed this home tremendously. The sunsets, sun rises, and the views are amazing. The property has a pack and play and high chair which meant less for us to pack. We loved all the space inside and outside for our family of 9 to spread out. The size and number of (6) rooms and (5) bathrooms also helped with that. The proximity to Food Lion and Topsail beach was also a plus. The game room was a hit with our kids however the home needs another activity for kids (table tennis, air hockey, board games...) since the pool is closed during the colder months. The home was not ready when we checked in and even then some beds were not made. The appliances in the kitchen are top of the line and the kitchen is equipped with enough plates, cups, utensils and cookware to feed an army. It also has a blender, toaster, cofee maker and slow cooker. However it could use an airfyer. The wifi is not consistent when 3 or more people are using it simultaneously. We saw dolphins one day during our stay so I would recommend bringing your binoculars. We also saw different birds and had the pleasure of watching fishermen pulling up their cages. We also learned that there aren't any alligators in Alligator Bay which was a relief :)

I fell in love with this home from the pictures. The reality is unexplainable, it’s a feeling. The view from every window is simply beautiful. From Sunrise to Sunset you can enjoy yourself sitting outside and soaking up the sunshine while watching the birds, dolphins and fish go by along with watercraft of all sizes. The living space is great for the whole family. A great place to escape to for the privacy alone. No house next door just the water and wildlife. Relax and enjoy.

We go to get away and this was the perfect spot for us!! We want views where we stay and this has beautiful water views through every window! We like it roomy and this home has lots of large spaces! We always look for balconies and this home has many!! We like to run so we ran up and down the drive which has water on both sides, so fabulous!! We love birds and boats, you'll enjoy those as well!! The pictures of the interior of the home do not give it justice since it is very bright and beautiful with the water reflecting throughout! We had a lovely time! We took beautiful sunrise and sunset pictures every day! Every picture we took is stunning!!!!

Imagine your own private island, the only sound is the water gently caressing the rocks. There was a deck accessible on all three floors, your own personal getaway. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, everyone was in dreamland. The kitchen was sweet, the pictures do not do it justice. Such a serene view, the wrap around porch, hammock and chairs were all accessible and comfortable. Definitely a hidden jewel, can’t wait to return! Thanks for sharing your home with my family:).
