House was beautiful and had three bedrooms with an ocean view. Rear deck was spacious with comfortable furniture and great view of the ocean. Location was great with easy access to stores and restaurants. Will stay here again.

This house is right on the beach with plenty of parking for your family in the driveway which is hard to come by for beach front properties. It is located in the heart of surf city just minutes drive from the pier and restaurants! Our family had a great time.

The is a beautiful ocean front home in a perfect location. We enjoyed the great ocean views from both decks. We stayed here last year and they have made several renovations including updating the master bath with a gorgeous tile shower and freestanding tub. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our large family in the living room. We love the Surf City, NC area and will definitely be renting this home again in the future.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The top floor deck was amazing with tall chairs offering uninterupted views of the ocean. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable. We loved bringing our 2 sweet labs. There is a doggie gate on the lower deck to keep pups in while you enjoy coffee or a glass of wine on the top deck. The top floor is so open with tons of space for the family to gather comfortably and watch the waves together if it gets chilly or there's a storm like we had. We will totally be back!

3 of 4 bedrooms are oceanfront, spacious common area layout and seating for family or group, mere steps to ocean, gates on deck to close for dog's safety, outside shower, walk to shops and restaurants in nice little beach town. All good!

The location was great, and it was nice that each bedroom had a view of the ocean. There were everyday items missing in the kitchen like a bottle opener, a larger skillet, a measuring cup but we made do. It does look like there is a large water stain in the master bedroom ceiling which is under the upstairs bathroom so that may be worth checking out. We had a nice family week, but for the cost, feel like the upkeep of the property could be held to a bit higher standard.

Loved staying here for a week over the summer! The views of the beach from all sides of the house were unmatched. Spacious for our family. Great size closets. Comfy beds. Clean. Easy access to the beach and town. On a quiet street so kids had fun riding bikes safely. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the location. The beach in front of us was never crowded, and the views from both the front and back of the house are lovely! The house is tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out in the main living room. The bathrooms were perfect size for our family. The decor was sparse, but we liked that. It gave us room to store our things. There was even room to put pantry items in the kitchen! Overall it was a lovely place to stay for our family beach vacation. The cons: the kitchen was not fully stocked for our seven travelers. Although I was told that the kitchen had everything we needed, it was missing the following basic items: a measuring cup, oven mitts, cutting board, and baking sheets. Additionally, there were only two regular wineglasses (they had three champagne flutes) and the kitchen was light on the amount of silverware. We had to wash as we used it to have enough for each meal. We had to go out a purchase items that we needed to make our meals. We certainly made do, but wish we had known ahead of time what the kitchen was missing so that we could bring what we needed. I wish Vacasa had better knowledge of what the house has and doesn’t have.

Absolutely loved our stay at 726 Sunrise Court in Surf City, NC! From the moment we arrived, the stunning views and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Location, location, location. This was a beautiful home on the beachfront. We enjoyed the great ocean views on the top deck and bottom deck. Lots of comfortable furniture and beds in the house for my big family. The master bathroom looked to be newly renovated and was beautiful. The house is a little older, but was a great value for the price. We come to Surf City every year and we will definitely consider this home for our next vacation.

We just returned from an unforgettable week at 726 Sunrise Court and couldn’t be happier! The home is exactly what you dream of when booking a beach getaway—spacious, clean, and right on the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and walking straight down the private beach access was awesome. The 2 decks were our go-to spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The house had everything we needed—plenty of room for our family of 6, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and great plenty of room upstairs for our game night. The location is ideal: quiet and private, but still close enough to walk or bike to local restaurants, the pier, and shops.

Can't beat the beach-front location. Very easy access to the beach from the new decks. Views from the top floor (interior and exterior) were amazing. Very spacious with room for all of our family to spread out and enjoy our trip inside and out, plenty of parking and the street is quiet which was nice for the kids and to walk the dog. There was a lack of kitchen basics - no cutting board, baking sheets, etc. which made meal prep/making for our group of 8 difficult. Would suggest making sure that all tvs work and to provide a guest manual to help guests navigate working the tvs, finding items around the house, etc.

From the moment we pulled up to the Sand Castle Sunrise we loved it. Once we stepped inside the wife and myself knew that we were going to have a great week. Master bedroom with attached master bathroom was my wife's favorite with the soaking tub, stand alone shower and tiled floors. The views from the bedroom balcony looking over the beach and our own walkway to the beach were awesome with the shade provided by the upper deck. The view from the upper deck was to die for being able to see down the beach to and past Surf City Fishing Pier and north up the beach a long way. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The working ice machine was a plus. The living room has very comfortable with the gorgeous views out the glass sliding doors and the 2 picture windows. We had a great stay and plan to rent the unit again.

So close to everything! The house was right on the beach with the most amazing views from every window. It had everything we needed. The bathrooms were all full size and the kitchen had plenty of room. The gate on the deck was great for the dog. They have water to clean off your feet on all the decks. Plenty of seating options on all the decks. Will definitely be returning!

Loved the location of this home. Within walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. The street was quiet and secluded. The house itself was a great gathering space and had plenty of room to spread out. The lower deck was great for getting out of the sun if needed and the top deck had plenty of furniture for all to kick back and enjoy the sun. The cactus grass was one of the only set backs I encountered while walking the dog. The cactus were small and not noticeable until it was too late. All in all, I would rent this property again, as the small issue could be worked around.

My family has stayed at this beach house a couple times previously and we will definitely be coming back for a 3rd time in the future. We stayed back in 2022, 2024 and again this year. We always have the best time at this beach house and enjoy everything that Surf City and Topsail have to offer. This beach house is in the best location and there have been several upgrades since our stay last year. They brought a new stainless steel refrigerator while we were there this week. The house is not brand new but it is in great shape and is priced very competitively for what it offers. My family is already talking about coming here again next year. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our time staying at this house in Surf City. The house was on the ocean front and in a perfect location on the island. There was plenty of room for my family and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with new plates, pots and pans. All the beds were comfortable and the master bathroom was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again next year.

We loved the closeness to the beach. We were disappointed the jacuzzi tub did not work and the sliding door was nearly impossible to work. Also the windows need cleaning, replacing, as it affects the view. Otherwise the place was as listed and the vacasa staff were quick to replace needed items (broken coffee maker and missing sheet sets). We would have liked to have some provided beach chairs and sand toys, but not expected either. Bring your own. We will definitely be back to Surf City!

This is our 3rd time staying at this home in the Topsail and Surf City area. The house had a few updates done from when we stayed last year. The master bathroom was fully renovated and some of the decks look new as well. It looks like the owner is making improvements each year which we appreciate. The house is right on the beach and in a great quiet location. There was plenty of room for my large family and there was lots of room for parking. We are looking forward to coming back in 2026.

This a beautiful beachfront home in Surf City, NC. The house was clean with plenty of room for our family. The house is about a mile from the pier and so the beach out back was not crowded. The master bathroom was awesome and looks to be newly renovated. We saw the remains of an old shipwreck and a sea turtle nest within walking distance of the home. Our family will definitely stay here again.

The house was in a great location—close enough to the center of Surf City to be easy to access but far enough to feel natural. There was a bit of old shipwreck that was revealed on the beach nearby which was fun and it was a nice walk to the pier. Overall we had a great time and were happy to have our dog with us. As with many dog friendly rentals, the house wasn’t precious—there was scratched and gappy LVP flooring throughout and well-used furniture. A few areas around the house felt like they could do with some more cleaning, and the kitchen was not well stocked—there was an abundance of old, not great frying pans but not a lot of other useful cooking tools. There is not enough dishware to make a complete set at a meal for 8. The dishwasher is old and loud but works. The beds were comfy. Overall, not the most comfortable place in terms of amenities, but we slept well and had a ton of fun on the beach. It was nice not to feel precious about kids and dogs in the house, but I wish the kitchen had had enough plates and bowls and better cookware.
