SC1344 Action Tide-Song

We loved staying right in front of the beach the place was quiet and private the views of the sunrise and sunset where breathtaking we could walk to the beach right from the house it was wonderful. The small town was cute. The location was great was close to groceries and restaurants 5 min away. The house had all we needed in the kitchen, the bedrooms were big, beds were comfortable except for the bunk beds the kids could not use they could feel the springs inside the mattresses. The chair legs on the dinning set were a little loose so I would think a little maintenance would be nice other than that the house is comfortable spacious and perfect for a big family we really enjoyed staying there and we would definitely recommend it and would love to come back.

Very clean and roomy, kitchen was great. Loved the proximity to the ocean and to area attractions.

We loved the location. There were an infestation of gnats, they were in the kitchen, in the bathrooms, in the bedrooms which was very bothersome when eating and we see gnats landing on our food. If this problem could be fixed, we would love to stay there again.

No HBO,SHO or any movie channels on cable , TVs was small and out dated for APP to provide your movie channels from home. no steps leading to the beach , covered in sand. The house needs a little bit of updating. I can use a deep clean. The stay was beautiful. overall, the house is an 7 out of 10. It’s priced right. I would rent again. I’m very picky person .

Big rooms well stocked with cooking supplies. Beschfront location is a 10. I gave it a 4 because. Bathrooms could use grab bars and a little TLC

This house made supervision of our young people easy. The location was great. The owner stopped by and was very kind. We had a great time and will be back.

The house was very well equipped for our family vacation. Everything provided to make it feel like home away from home. However, not great Vacasa experience. House was not cleaned very well at check-in and no remedy was offered for several days after we had already cleaned and washed sheets ourselves. Not what you want to be doing on vacation!

Nice new appliances. The refrigerator with an ice maker that worked was nice. The extra refrigerator in the garage was nice for food items and drinks. Roomy enough for the whole family.

Great house, location, and amenities. Access to garage was a game changer when it was thunderstorming as we packed to leave. There’s also a second fridge there that was very appreciated!

This home was practically perfect for our family vacation in Topsail. Our family has been vacationing here for decades and we have stayed in dozens of different homes. This was one of my favorites by far. It is an older home, but lovingly maintained. Because of its age, there are far fewer stairs (both inside and out) than the newer homes on stilts. There was plenty of room for our family of 11 and the table was even large enough to accommodate everyone - which is shockingly unusual. The location is fantastic. Close to town but far enough from any public beach access. I rarely book a house twice in Topsail, but I would easily book this one every year.

We loved our time at Tide-song! It fit our family perfectly! We had 8 adults and 4 kiddos and there was plenty of room for everyone. Most importantly was being steps to the beach and not having to lug all our stuff so far. And we didn’t have public beach access near us so we weren’t crowded. We even had a surprise engagement while we were there. Well, at least it was a surprise for the future bride. It was wonderful! We won’t be forgetting our week !!

Even though it rained, we had a great time. The view is amazing. We had a wonderful time just reading and watching the ocean. The master king bed was great. We sometimes find beds aren’t firm enough for us. It’s a very comfortable house. There were only 2 of us but it could easily fit 3 couples and tons of kids. It’s close enough to “downtown” Surf City that going there is very easy but far enough away to keep the hordes of people at bay. If we need a larger beach house we will definitely look into this one again.

Location, location, location! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would rebook should we be back in the area again to visit our kids. While the home could use some improvements and amenities do not hesitate to book this home if you are looking to enjoy the beach steps from the back porch. In comparison to other homes in the area this is a steal!

A wonderful house. Fully stocked kitchen to cook in. Easy access to Surf City.

The view was excellent. The entrance to the beach was a challenge for elderly guest! No steps to the beach!

We stayed for 5 nights here and the house is well setup for two families. The kitchen is well stocked, lien on the beds and every person has a towel bundle. This is the place to stay. The beach is right off the front deck.
