Beautiful house elevator was very helpful

The location is awesome! The beach is so close that it give the impression of a beachfront. The view was spectacular and beach access was private for the owner/guests just a few steps down (less than three minutes). The ocean from each master bedroom had ocean views and the kitchen, dining, and living space was so relaxing as the sun was bright and the new windows gave us the perfect view and it was sound proof. There was an elevator that made bringing luggage and groceries to each level easy. The kitchen had all the necessary items to make a down home Christmas dinner and the games allowed the children to interact and compete with each other. Retiring to the bedrooms was a delight with the super soft bedding and the amazing shower with a stool for sitting; it was a welcome surprise. Parking was great, proximity to amenities was convenient and we tried the steam pots from Topsail (they were delicious)! This is not a fast pace location but if you want to enjoy family and friends, lounge in fuzzy socks and pajamas well this is your place!

Went here to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. We had a ton of people come and go. Everyone kept mentioning how beautiful the view was and the ease of access to the beach itself. 10/10, would recommend.

Well accommodated home that fit 14 of us easily. There is a guest closet outside that had plenty of chairs, boards and even a wagon to carry things to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots/pans.

The house was amazing…lots of room and very close to the beach. Beautiful decor and amazing balconies!

What we liked the best about this home is the privacy it affords everyone. There are decks off the bedrooms and kitchen too. Very spacious living area on a quiet part of the island.

We enjoyed staying in a clean, well-stocked home. Linens, towels, soaps, and dishwashing detergent are all included. (We had a large group and also brought additional garbage bags and our own paper towels). The decor is lovely and beach access was convenient.

So many things we liked about the house! To name a few- close walk to the beach, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, elevator handy for older adults and luggage trips. Loved how the owner supplied paper products and soap supplies, and trash were an added bonus. Oh, so nice to have corn hole game and added chairs . Would come back!

The location is amazing. We had 12 adults and kids and couldn’t have asked for a better time. The beach is easily accessible and all enjoyed it immensely. The house was perfect for us. Large kitchen and areas to mingle while also having separate spots to get away and chill. The beds were super comfortable. They have some beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to get it to the beach. Town was a lot of fun and witching walking distance. ( 1 1/2 mile). We would definitely return to Surf City and would rent the house again. Oh and the elevator was a blessing.

Beach access was so easy. Outdoor shower was great for rinsing when returning from the beach, and everything was clean! Loved our stay and we will be back!

We have a large family ranging from 6 to 86 years old and some members with disabilities. The elevator really came in handy and the house layout worked out great for our family. The beach access is one house down to the right which made coming and going to the beach very convenient.
