The open floor plan seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas into a vast space where you can all share and create incredible memories. Gather in the living room and watch a favorite show on the large TV. If you would rather take advantage of the prime location, you can visit the beach or the community swimming pool for a refreshing evening. Then, return home to a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The extensive, screened deck provides the ideal outdoor space for alfresco dining. Upstairs, a second living area will be waiting for you with a TV and comfortable sofas if you would like to try watching a different show or movie. We loved this house so much! It has so much room, and it worked out perfectly for our family. Even though its not right on the ocean you can still see the ocean and that was great. The elevator worked great for taking our things from the garage to all the floors. We loved how close it was to the pool as well and it was easy to get to the beach. We would absolutely go back to this house again.

This house had everything we needed and more. The location is great. The house was clean and had everything including new games and puzzles for the rainy days. The garage was stocked with toys. We have stayed here twice and will for sure be back.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The location was perfect, the house was beautiful and clean. This house has so much to offer for a family getaway. The house also has tons of games and puzzles for some family bonding time. Also, if there were any issues they were addressed immediately. Would come back in a heartbeat.

This was our second year staying in this house. We love the location! House decor has a lovely beach vibe. Our grandchildren enjoy the open loft area with games. Everyone is different but my only suggestion is adding a few more coffee mugs. There's a lot of travel size mugs. Last year we walked into a messy, dirty home. This year when we walked in it smelled clean, fresh towels on all beds it was a great start to a wonderful vacation!

The home was well stocked and clean. Our second year in a row to stay there. The mattress in the master was just as awful this year as it was last year. They did quarter turn it which helped. Be prepared for a broken down lumpy mattress. I complained last year too.

The house was across the street from the community pool and a few more steps from the ocean front. Very easy access to everything.

The location is great. We didn’t even use the pool because the ocean is so close. The house was perfect for eight adults. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great location. Great view of the ocean and intercostal. Beautiful beach! Small pool, but it it is saltwater and is very nicely kept. It has 3-5 ft which was great for little kids. We loved the outdoor shower - so handy! There was an air compressor to get things clean and a garage full of beach toys and bikes etc. The kitchen was very well appointed. We especially appreciated the hot and cold water filter built in to the counter. Some dish cloths could be useful, but otherwise they had it all. The layout is generally good. It’s a little awkward to have a bedroom attached to the master - limited privacy, but handy for little kids. The other bedrooms were small but functional. Our only issues were the king mattress (broken down) and a spot of mold on the ceiling of the little bedroom attached to the master. These things happen. But we really appreciated that the house came with sheets and towels - very nice to have beds already made. Our only major complaint was that the house has key entry. It really needs to be keyless. It was such ha hassle to pick it up and keep track of it all week. Overall - highly recommend!
