This airy and serene three-bedroom oceanfront condo in the much coveted resort of Villa Capriani on North Topsail beach offers a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with pristine white appliances, and a balcony from which you can admire a truly magnificent view of the Atlantic ocean. A step through the glass french doors to the balcony off the living area will offer you a spectacular view of the beachfront and sparkling ocean. If serenity is what you seek, sit on the furniture on your private balcony to watch the sun rise. You may also walk out to the beach with your morning coffee to see the day begin if you wish. With a close look, you will see dolphins peacefully swimming by, or an early morning pelican swooping down to the water to catch its breakfast flounder. Prepare a meal at the shared grill picnic area or in your well-equipped kitchen. After your meal, walk to the pool area and enjoy a dip in the crystal clear water, warm yourself in one of the hot tubs, or relax with your favorite novel on one of the many lounge chairs that surround the pools. Return home where comfort abounds. Gather in the living room for board games or a movie. Then, retire for a restful night's sleep in the beautifully outfitted bedrooms. We enjoyed the beach front condo. We did have an issue with the air conditioner running and not cooling… and the commode that didn’t flush, but maintenance took care of it promptly.

Great Vacation
3rd straight year at Villa Capriani and 2nd straight year in this unit. Ocean front views, clean, and open floor plan. Kids love the pools, hot tub, and the beach. So easy to bounce back and forth between beach and pools. Restaurant on site is very good. Also, the ocean depth does not drop off right away so comfortable as you can be with the kids in the ocean.

Lovely oceanfront condo
Our family of 8 loved this spacious oceanfront condo. It was exactly as pictured with a balcony so you could easily see the beach & hear the ocean waves. Had 3 bedrooms with a total of 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds & 2 rollaway beds in a closet. The rollaway beds have a 3-inch pad, appropriate for children. Kitchen was well appointed with dishes/silverware, toaster, blender, dishwasher, detergent, & paper towels. Bathrooms had adequate towels & included toilet paper. There was one restaurant on site with delicious food and excellent service. We enjoyed the large pool & hot tub. There were 2 smaller pools and 2 hot tubs. We would enjoy staying here again.
