Experience a getaway like no other at this gorgeous and spacious retreat with beautiful furnishings throughout, extensive decks, a super-size dining room table seating 10, a beachfront hot tub, a large TV with surround sound in the living room, comfortable seating both inside and out, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances (double-door fridge, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher) plenty of pots and pans for your cooking needs. There is even a wet bar if you would like to treat yourself to a refreshing cocktail or mocktail. These are just a few of the countless amenities that you will discover. Enjoy yourself on the beautiful, pristine beach, swimming in the community pool overlooking the ocean, or fishing on the nearby pier. Then you might try to escape for a few quiet moments in the comfortable surroundings of your room - each equipped with a stereo system and a TV plus combination. Elevator access to the first floor makes unloading groceries easier. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. Welcome to North Topsail! THINGS TO KNOW The pool is open from 10 a.m. to dusk (as there is no lighting). The shared pool is typically open from May 6th through September 30th.

The location and view are perfect for large families with young children. The house is comfortable and clean, and small problems were quickly corrected with a phone call to Vacasa.

The home was clean and roomy with plenty of space for a large family. We loved the view from the 3 decks and of course the beach. Grandkids loved the proximity to the private pool and the well-stocked beach toys. We had a few maintenance issues that were addressed promptly and graciously by Vacasa - other property managers we’ve used in the past at Topsail were not as helpful.

This house was wonderful! It accommodated our family of 5 very nicely - plenty of room and plenty of seats available at the kitchen bar, table and family room for movie nights. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. We loved the elevator for loading and offloading. We were very pleasantly surprised when we saw packaged towels for us, as well as toiletry items in the bathrooms, dishwashing soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent.

This house is fabulous - lots of space, table that seats 10, plenty of dishes and silverware so no need to buy paper plates, private hot tub with a view. Right on the beach with an amazing view from the 3 decks. Puzzles and ice maker were icing on the cake. The customer service was fabulous also - very responsive. We had a great trip!
