The home was clean and had all the comfort we needed for our extended weekend stay. Only thing I would add is a tv for the bedrooms, not definitely not a deal breaker! Quiet and peaceful, easy access to the beach and pier. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

Nice place. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking food. The beach was beautiful and clean. Grocery store was close. Air worked great. Washer and dryer worked well!

Our condo was just the right size for the two of us and so cute and decorated perfectly for the beach!!! It was so clean, quiet, and private. We loved that we could park our car under a cover. Topsail Villas is a great place to stay!

What was nice about this property was that you could walk to the beach and it was really close. The bad was that the home was dirty and I should have canceled on the spot when I got locked in the home and couldn’t get out (45 minutes) until I pried the door knob with a knife (door knob was rusted) but I stayed cause the family asked that we just deal with the issue. I called Vacasa and the assures me that someone would be out to fix the issue in the morning but no one showed up. Luckily I found some WD40 and sprayed it all in the door knob it still wasn’t easy to open but manageable. Besides all that we made sure to enjoy our stay. I would have gave this rating all 5 stars if it weren’t for these issues. One other thing no garbage bin was outside to dispose of the daily garbage usage in the home.

Mattresses are top notch, you will get a great night of sleep, a rare find. The proximity to the beach is also fantastic!

Great place to stay. I have stayed in this villa a couple times. Great location, clean, everything you need. When you're traveling for work, its nice to have a place like this, right on the beach, to come to after work.

We loved staying at this property! The house has everything you need, and it's great location to the pier and steps away from the ocean makes it even better! Only complaint was the sofa bed was terrible, all other beds were great! Friendly and very helpful interaction with staff at check in and check out! I highly recommend!!! Can't wait until our next stay here!!

We love Topsail villas and have been staying there for years because of closeness to the beach and the pier. This one is new and is nicely equipped. Only one problem: please, put a dining table and corresponding chairs. There is literally no place to sit and have a breakfast or lunch. The only table is facing the wall and chairs are too high. And the same for outside: the big part of vacation at sea is eating outside, but outside table is so tiny, no place for 2 plates.

This was my first short-term rental. I loved the ease of booking. I loved the home like feel of the decor. It was not overly decorated in beach decor. I loved the proximity to the beach. I would definitely book again.

This is a cute villa, close to the beach for our family of four. The kitchen had the basic necessities for cooking while there. The master bed was one of the most comfortable ( too often rentals like this the beds are horrible) of all the vacation rentals we have used over the years. This is a great place for the location and cost, we had a great time.
