Freshly updated in 2021, you'll love the upgraded bathrooms and kitchen, as well as the new paint, flooring, furniture, and fixtures throughout! Inside, you'll find a modern interior with all the comforts of home, including central AC. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Relax and restore in one of two bedrooms. When evening falls, cuddle up for movie nights in the open living area. Extras include high-speed WiFi and a washer/dryer (located beneath the villa)

I stayed in this property in 2019 and was so happy it’s been remodeled. Perfect beach front location, view and private beach access. Highly recommend Vacasa’s customer service too.

Loved it was so close to beach, and easy access right out the door. Great unit for a couple of people. Wish they had rugs on floor to catch some of sand from feet and shoes. However very nice updating on unit and would recommend for a quick get away. The view from access in morning gives you a perfect view of sunrise. Alot of great Pic taken

This unit was perfect us! My husband and I are both retired and just wanted a quiet, beachside getaway that wouldn’t cost a fortune. This was it! So close to the dunes, 10 foot walk to the gate and onto the beach, friendly little neighborhood feel without being intrusive. Both front and back decks offer beautiful views of the water, and a short walk to the pier for a stroll or a bite to eat. The unit itself has a well-stocked kitchen and bath, and was extremely clean. The bunk space is bigger than it looks in the online pictures, and would suit two children under ten. The gate combination wasn’t correct when we arrived so we messaged the help desk. They were quick to respond and solved the problem. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

This place has a beautiful view of the beach and is close to the pier. Very nice for a couple to get away and enjoy alone time.

You won't find a cleaner rental. Very impressed with the cleanliness. Other than a sheet set for the bed not being provided and some troublesome parking, it is a great place to stay.

Close to beach and near the pier! (which has a restaurant) Great view of ocean over sand dune from front deck! Kitchen well stocked if you plan to cook- we didn’t, lol.

The only somewhat negative I had was the stairs were a little tight going up and down but we managed just fine. !Cannot wait to stay here again!!

This beach house was in a great location just a few steps away from the beach. The unit size was a great fit for our small family (mom, dad, & 3yo). The unit was very clean and well-appointed with huge smart tv's in the living and bedroom. We were very pleased with this rental and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The closeness to the beach was excellent. The updates to this unit were nice and it was great having washer dryer access.

We had a relaxing stay right at the beach. This villa is very close to the Seaview restaurant and pier which is a great benefit to the location. The beach had very few people at this time and makes a great place to comb the beach. The villa was nicely decorated. The furniture is starting to show it's age from use. The villa should have a checklist of items and schedule services. But overall, it was a nice stay.
