Great location. Clean and quiet. Great view of the ocean from the living-room. 30 minute drive to Camp Lejeune and plenty of restaurants.

My family and I just returned home from a 10 day vacation in this unit. Over all it's well worth the money spent. Views from the unit are great! Elevator was working some days and some days it wasn't.

Topsail Dunes is a great community to stay in. I was very pleased with our condo. The view of the ocean is everything! It was very clean and the furniture was in good condition as well. My only suggestion would be to give it a little cosmetic touch up with fresh paint and replace the carpet. I’d come back and stay again for sure.

This place was quiet, clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Simple. The walk to the 4 the floor should be considered if you have any health issues. A rolling cart is a must if you are going to the elevator. Overall great comfortable place!

Very clean! Entire complex is quiet..checking in and out was easy. Communication with property was with quick response on questions. We stayed 2 nites at the end of January. We would stay here again.

My family of 4 booked this condo while visiting the area for a wedding. Upon walking into unit 3413, we were immediately blown away by the view, pictures truly do not do it justice. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we could need for the weekend. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was truly magical. We will definitely be back, my only wish is that we had more time there.

First of all, the view on the balcony was PERFECT!! You could not ask for a better view. We have stayed at other condos in this complex before, so in comparison to others, this condo was nothing fancy, the furnishings and decor were adequate and comfortable. We have seen better and worse. The condo was clean, which was very important to us. The carpet had a few places where it was snagged/ripped, but it was minor. The shower in the master is difficult to get into due to the placement of the door. If you have mobility issues or require help in the shower or if you are a larger person, getting in and out of this shower may be difficult. My husband and I are both in good shape and lean, but he still chose to shower in the hall bathroom instead. I literally had to turn sideways and slide into the opening. The placement of the door could be improved. The master shower also needs some repair around the floor. The bed was comfortable. The kids bedroom was good, they appreciated the TV (some units don’t have one in the second bedroom). The kitchen was furnished well with plenty of cups, plates, bowls, utensils, and pots/pans for cooking in the condo. My biggest disappointment was the fact that the ramp/steps were washed out for building 3 to access the beach. We counted on the ramp for a member of our larger group who uses a wheelchair, and we didn’t know it was out until we arrived. This was not at the fault of Vacasa or the condo association. The ramp has been out for several weeks due to a storm and the association is still waiting on the city to approve the rebuild of the ramp (that’s what we were told). We were there 6/24/23 to 7/1/23. If you are relying on this feature, please check before you go to make sure it is rebuilt. The ramp was still good to take to the pool. We had to walk across the pool to another set of steps at building 2 to access the beach. A little inconvenient for us, but a huge obstacle for someone who is in a wheelchair. FYI—there are places to rent beach wheelchairs for a fee, but the police department has a few that they will rent for free. Thankfully we had not paid for the beach wheelchair. The police department was very helpful to provide this service!!

The accomodations were exceptible, but not overly fancy. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was very loose and needed tightening. The 2 single beds were extremely uncomfortable and had springs poking through. The dishwasher worked okay, but the washer/dryer combo was slow and noisy. The worst part was checking in. Had to pick up keys, after hours, at the office. The keys were not left in the late arrival box, and had to call 2 different numbers and wait on hold for over 45 minutes just to talk to an operator. Once I actually got a hold of someone, she did a wonderful job of taking care of me, but the wait time to fix something that was totally Vacasa's fault was annoying.

Topsail Dunes is a great community to stay in. I was very pleased with our condo. The view of the ocean is everything! It was very clean and the furniture was in good condition as well.
