It was very clean and well kept. Only issue we had was there were no dish towels so we air dried our dishes. There is a dishwasher but we didn’t use it as we used very little dishes. It is beautifully decorated and the location was perfect 10/10.

Close to elevator convenience..Nice unit with great ocean and sunrise view. Property was clean most places and especially where it counts, kitchen, bathrooms. Linens were nice and clean. Master BR very comfortable. Large bed in 2nd bedroom “ok”, twin was comfortable. Paper products, soap including dish, laundry, hand and DW liquid, bathroom tissue , paper towels were provided. Plenty of comfortable furniture including two “high” Adirondacks on porch. Kitchen equipment was adequate but a Large lidded stainless pan would be a good addition. Bring some food storage if you cook a lot. Pictures show unit accurately. Keurig here but not coffee maker.

Loved the location. Had troubke getting in they did not give us the door code and we had to call, on hold for a long time. Couldnt get the TV's to work. Other than that it was a great place

We love Topsail Island and have stayed at Topsail dunes several times. We found this unit to be really well stocked with even two boogie boards for the kids! Would definitely stay again!

The home was exactly how the website showed it. The view was amazing, we loved seeing dolphins Everyday several times a day. The only thing I didn't care for was there was construction in unit above us and the crew worked until 10pm. Otherwise perfect getaway for my 50th Birthday!

This condo unit was the perfect vacation. Vacasa very easy to work with, this was also our first time with them. The unit was very clean and ready for us to start the vacation. The view of the beach was wonderful . Will definitely stay her again. We typically stay at a house but decided the condo was the way to go with just the two of us. We will be back! Thank you Vacasa for an enjoyable vacation and please thank the owners as well!

Condo was beautiful, well equipped home. Comfortable beds with great view of the ocean. Cleaned very well when we arrived, and believe me we have stayed in a few homes that haven't been. We were very pleased. Don't miss out on this beauty! My only suggestion for improvement is 4 chairs on the balcony, 2 are not enough when there are 3 or 4 adults. We love the view from this condo. There have been some very nice upgrades since the last time we stayed. We had plenty of beach during our visit but we only had a half moon. During a full moon beach time would probably be limited.

Unit was very clean and there is a well-equipped kitchen. Great view. Unlike the photos, there is a different sofa, a missing chair in the living room, and a different dining table and chairs. These are good changes. Issues for me included a tiny shower in the master bathroom (we only used the main one), a non-functional vertical blind in the master bdrm, a non-functional garbage disposal, a refig that leaked from freezer to main compartment, a loose faucet sprayer, and the closest beach access stairway had been recently (rumor said 2 weeks prior) destroyed by storms and not yet replaced - but we could see new wood planks piled in grass awaiting further attention, so this is likely to be replaced soon. Beachfront itself has shrunk in 2 years which influenced our hours on the beach. Vacasa was very easy to work with and seems to have great high-quality standards and processes! Our unit was one of 8 units rented in this complex by a large family group. The price we paid here was about $700 more than a similar unit in the same complex two years ago. Complex did not seem to be at capacity and price increases may be the cause. Vacasa and owners may want to consider discounts for repeat clients in good standing.

A clean and nicely decorated place to stay. Included a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and the coffee tasted even better every morning with the great view of the ocean from the condo’s own private balcony. It was a great week.

The location of this condo couldn’t be more perfect as it is located very close to beach access, elevator/stairs, and the pool. The views from the deck are exactly what anyone would come to the beach for. Breathtaking! The size and layout were perfect for our family.
