Whip up everything from beach snacks to home-cooked meals in the sparkling full kitchen. Watch favorite shows in the primary bedroom or gather together for movie nights in the inviting living area. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from mid to late May through October 31st.

Ocean view was wonderful; it was clean and looked just like the photos; check-in and check-out were simple; we liked that there was an elevator. Would stay again and highly recommend!

We loved the condo! Clean and very accessible to the beach and local restaurants! Having the pool was a big plus! Guest service responded timely when we requested to extend our stay! We definitely will be back!!

This home was very convenient to the beach. It was clean and had a good view of the ocean. The check in and out was easy and not so much nit picking like other rentals. We removed the bed clothes and towels. Took the garbage out. This was so much better than having to wash and redo everything for the next guest. The keyless entry was so nice also. No complaints and we would visit this unit again.

My kid loved that the pool was so close to the beach and that they could run in between. I liked how easy parking was, that the units were accessible by trolley and elevator, and that the unit had everything we needed for our long weekend stay.

We loved the view and the pool. The sitting area by the ocean is awesome. The stove was very user friendly. Vacasa is super easy to deal with. Beds are very comfortable and soft. Balcony is nice. Showers are nice with good water pressure. Outdoor showers are better than most condo showers.

The queen bed was... Let's say... Rough. Everything else was just perfect. The view, the kitchen, eating area, the games, the bunk beds, all absolutely perfect for what our family of four needed.

We loved the condo. Being only a little walk to the beach was wonderful. It was clean, nicely decorated, loved that the sheets and towels were included. The beds were already made which was so nice after a long drive getting there. The kitchen was beautiful! Just wished we could have logged onto the WiFi. We have stayed at Topsail Dunes many times the WiFi can be good and it can be terrible. Overall the place was great!

We were looking to visit friends nearby without breaking the bank and this rental was just what we needed! I loved that one room had TWO bunks! Hard to find rentals that accommodate our kiddos in the same room (in a new place, they prefer to all be together). And it was right on the beach! The rental was clean and comfortable!

The condo was fine. A little outdated but very comfortable. My only complaint about the stay was cleanliness of the space. When we arrived you could tell that it had not been swept and the guest bathroom was used prior to our arrival. Definitely not something wants to see when they arrive. Other than that it was an okay stay.

Condo is roomy, recliner couch was a nice surprise. Well stocked with utensils, very clean! The pool is very nice and it would help to take a picture of it. Goes from 3-8 feet, plenty of seating and some umbrella tables. Spacious parking lot and a great activity area with basketball, cornhole, horseshoes and bowling! Short drive into Surf City.

We loved the condo. We were happy there were 2 beach chairs provided, but there were 5 of us, and the condo reservation didn't specify that we needed to bring our own. Also, there was no paper products, trash bags or soap products provided. We had to go out as soon as we got there to buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap and hand soap for the bathrooms. There wasn't a single roll of toilet paper or a trash bag in the condo.
