Tucked into the dunes on the quiet north end of Topsail Island, Topsail Dunes offers guests a large in-ground pool, a family recreation area with a playground, grills, and dedicated beach access. Delight yourself with unparalleled beach, ocean, and lawn views from your private balcony furnished with a high-top table for two. The sunny living area allows you to enjoy said views from the comfort of a sofa, a loveseat, and a chair. The TV provides guests with all the entertainment they could possibly need. Show off your cooking skills and prepare delicious meals and beach snacks for the group in the well-appointed kitchen. Complete with a dishwasher, even post-meal clean-ups will be a breeze. The adjoining dining table seats up to four people comfortably and there are three additional spots at the breakfast bar. Additional amenities include AC and a stackable washer/dryer in the hallway. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Outdoor pool -Tennis court THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from mid to late May through October 31st.

This condo was exactly as expected, with beautiful furnishings and a stunning view. Nothing beat drinking coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise over the ocean.

The condo was perfectly decorated and was wonderful to just sit and enjoy. Spending Family time was important and very much needed. I have vacationed on the island every year for the last four years and love it! Will be back again!

This condo offered a perfect family vacation on a family friendly beach. The location of this condo was very convenient to the entrance to the beach and for packing and unpacking. Pool and park area were perfect for family fun before or after riding the waves at the beach.

Very comfortable place to stay. Great location. Had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was wonderful! The showers could use a bit of fixing but that's the only complaint. It really was a lovely place!

Great location! Easy access to the unit and the beach! The beach was very nice. Balcony furniture was great!! I loved that there was beach gear that we were able to use. The master mattress is ready to be replaced! Also, the guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed instead of a queen bed. It wasn't a problem for us but just be aware. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook several meals for my Marine and his buddies. We had a maintenance issue that wasn’t resolved despite being told it would be. That was an inconvenience but wouldn’t prevent me from booking again. There is a great little ice cream place called Topsail Treats just down the road that was fantastic!

Almost in the surf at high tide, but the slight rise of the dunes allows for privacy in the unit without hiding the crashing waves. Very clean and well equipped for our family of 4. Breezy and bright.

The unit is convenient to stairs, just around the corner to go to the pool or beach, and has nice view of beach even though it is “first floor” dune level. Perfect when we were there for watching sunrises from porch! There have been updates to unit but many improvements need to be made. If you can overlook some of the outdated walls and bathrooms,.. it is an excellent place to stay!

We all loved being just around the corner to the beach access boardwalk… whenever anyone was needing a break from the sun, it was less than a one min walk from where we were set up! Very fair priced for being right on the water! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!😁

We really liked that it was clean, the description correct., love the beach decor, beachfront, easy access to the ocean, and to the pool. The pool was a decent size and our grandkids love the park they had in front.
