Can’t beat the location, just needed some extra cleaning when we first arrived. Bed is comfortable but noisy.

The location is perfect. Not too many steps to bring your stuff in and even fewer to the beach. I love these beach front condos. I can feel like I'm on the beach just sitting on the balcony. 1 BR with the kitchen is perfect for two people.

You cannot get any closer to the beach. Opening the door to the sound of waves crashing on the beach was the best!

I loved the view of the ocean. Adequate space to enjoy ourselves. We did not cook so I can't comment on kitchen furnishings. The master bed was very firm and very noisy until you got settled in at least. The door knobs need replaced/adjusted. Floors need a good moping and cabinets could use a better wipe down. Bathroom was clean, nicely stocked. Wifi is not ant good.

We were very happy to find laundry appliances in the condo. It made it very convenient for us to wash clothes or dry towels after a day at the beach. A few updates would really help this condo outshine others such as new doorknobs to the rooms and curtains for the front sliding door. But overall we really enjoyed staying there.

There was a great view of the sunrise in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean. Only complaint is there is no elevator.

Loved the view, proximity to the ocean and the pool. It was also nice to have kitchen necessities to cook with. In need of some upgrades and some TLC. Every mattress in the entire condo needs to be replaced. They all felt very hard and thin. Bedroom mattress has got to be the loudest I've ever slept on. There were a few minor things that could easily be fixed or upgraded and really should be. I honestly wanted to give it a 3 star rating because I would say the condo itself is very average with cheaper, basic amenities however, the balcony view, the pool and washer/dryer combo are why I've given it 4 stars. I realize for the price, it's a trade-off but this place has fantastic potential. This is an honest, fair review that I hope will encourage some improvements and maximize the opportunity. Overall, my family and I had a nice vacation here.

The condo was cozy but well laid out. The much needed air conditioning was great. The view was wonderful. Didn't realize there was not an elavator, so that was a little hard on a bad knee with a second floor unit. Would suggest that the sofa be replaced as it has lost much of it's structure and you sink in when you sit on it. Would definately, stay there again.

This was exactly what was advertised. The unit had everything we needed including cooking equipment and extras like blender and toaster. The TV had a lot of channels which was great, most hotels or vacation rentals give the bare minimum basic cable. The view from the back balcony was spectacular. The only thing I would improve would be the mattresses. The one in the bedroom is very loud and stiff, and the ones on the bunk beds in the hallway were very thin and the kids said they weren't super comfortable. Overall we had a great stay and the unit wasnt very expensive.
