Love the view from the balcony and being on the first floor is great. Out the door and take a right, down the steps and you are on the beach. The front door seriously needs to be fixed. It is practically impossible to open. The furniture needs to be updated

The floors were very dirty apon arriving, the rugs were filthy also. Which I don't appreciate for the price point. No mop in the house just a broom. My 8 month old is crawling.. so that was gross. The bathtub was very dirty also hair and sand from top to bottom. Over all the place was not very clean and I'm not one to typically complain but this stay was expensive. I want clean floors and a clean bath tub lol. The sheets had makeup stains. But other then those things the view was nice. Being on the first floor was also very nice because there are no elevators. There isn't much space to put your clothes or belongings. It says up to 4 people can stay I don't know how it would be very crammed. The silver ware had chunks of food on it but they have a dish washer and complimentary washing soap so that wasn't a huge issue. My favorite part is that it included a washer and dryer.

We had a lovely time in Topsail Dunes 1107. Everything was perfect and the view was fabulous!

Wow, what a great four night stay for us. Unit was thoughtfully stocked and furnished. The bunks worked great for our 8 year old daughter. The view is more amazing in person. It was very clean on arrival and we were comfortable our entire stay. The grounds of the condo complex were nicely landscaped and well kept. Definitely want to stay again in the future.
