Pros: Beautiful condo, property had everything you could ask for, and condo had all amenities. Cons: Back deck was filthy food crumbs all over carpet, king size bed was awful!!

Enjoyed our stay at Shipwatch Villas. The condo was lovely and furnished nicely. Only have several recommendations for future guests. Need a pitcher or two to make lemonade, etc. Need to fix the TV in the children's BR. Did not work and maintenance had no success fixing it. My biggest "negative " was the mattress in the master BR It was hard as a brick and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The children's mattresses were much better.

Loved the condo. It was very private being an end unit. Great view of ocean. Comfortable. Ice maker was a real plus! North Topsail is a nice quiet, family beach and we enjoyed it.

First time using Vacasa to book a stay. The room was perfect, fridge has ice and water maker. I could just list everything good but I don’t have all day. Only issue was the tv in the kids room wouldn’t connect to internet but they only tried once. We don’t go to beach often and we stepped on porch and when we came back in, both kids slipped on floor. so watch that cause it could be slippery. Amazing place to stay and can’t wait to come back!

We had a nice stay! We traveled with two small children. The condo was decorated nicely and comfortable. A mat walking in from the balcony would be nice since the floor gets wet outside when it rains. It was nice to have trash bags, TP, laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher pods provided. We would stay again!

I loved the size and beds for my momma and son. Loved the deck size and my son thought the pool was great 🤣. Even though our condo was farther away from the beach. I didn’t mind. I would stay again. Will be trying to rent this exact one next year. I’ve stayed in 4 others and this is my favorite!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for what we needed. It is exactly like the pics. Had plenty of room and we loved how cozy it was. We would stay here again for sure!

Very easy to get to the beach. This is on the first floor there is an elevator for luggage if needed. I would say this is one of the best entrances to the beach compared to other buildings we saw on our walks. It has a ramp so if you were to bring a cooler it would be easy to get to the beach. The master bed- Man it’s bad… it’s SO hard it needs a topper at min and really to be replaced. I woke with hurting shoulders and hips each morning and I am only 41 and never wake like this. They really need to address this. I think there is a resident not renter above who wakes at 5:30 and stomps around for hours. Bring ear plugs and or sound machine otherwise the home is cute, clean and they provided a few blankets and toiletries like extra TP, a roll of paper towels a few trashbags, dishwasher liquid and such which was really nice. Ice maker in the fridge works and kept up with us which was also really nice.

The place was very nice and its location is perfect. Having the pool and beach right there was so convenient for us to take our little ones back for afternoon naps. I also reached out to Vacasa twice for questions through text and they answered very quickly. We would absolutely stay again!

This room was great, first floor oceanfront with plenty of room! There were issues with cleaning upon arrival; we had to clean about an hour ourselves before we could unpack. Once it was clean, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the room. We would stay again.

What a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. We felt at home instantly and enjoyed being on the beach and having the pool to swim in as well. Everything was fantastic!

Our trip to Shipwatch Villas was short but delightful. The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. Any questions we had were answered immediately by courteous staff. I’ve stayed at Shipwatch Villas many times since 1994 and like the layout of the units, but I would definitely stay again at this unit or others on the property that Vacasa may have when visiting family close by.

Shipwatch II was a great stay for my wife and I. The rental unit was flawlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of linens and towels. The location is excellent, right on the beach and quiet. We had zero issues with our stay.
