Unit 3506 was a great place to stay! It was very clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated! The view From the balcony was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed for cooking! The beds were very comfortable! They had a great supply of books to read, but would suggest adding some games!

This was our second time staying in this unit. We love the location. Great for families with kids - on-site arcade, pools, gym, ice cream/coffee shop, playground, pickleball/basketball court, bocce ball, putting green, great location on the beach for hunting sharks teeth, etc. The view is so nice. Love walking to the end of the island when it’s low tide. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Fifth floor apartment with awesome view of the ocean and the pool area. This particular apartment is 5 steps from the elevator, which made unloading and loading our vehicles very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Great place at a fair price. Beautiful view of the ocean from the 5th floor balcony. Right next to the elevator which makes it easy to unload and load. Don't expect a huge beach in front of the hotel but the beach is clean and quiet during the fall.

Overall the condo is comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen. We were disappointed that Vacasa did not send maintenance to fix a toilet handle that would not work.

Overall an excellent option. The complaints I read prior to going seemed trivial. The beds are firm but comfortable. Appliances are all good. Towels and linens are nice. The condo is much larger than expected. Tons of room for our family of 4. The kitchen is a bit small but plenty functional. My primary complaints are with the condo amenities. The gym is very small and in poor condition. The on site restaurant has odd hours and was not all that great. The facility is “non smoking” but sitting on the balcony anytime of the day I had to deal with multiple people in neighboring areas smoking which was a bummer.

Spot on from the pics in the description. Fantastic views , two elevators to use although warm and slow . Bell carts to use on the lobby floor. Clean complex had nice amenities would definitely stay there again.

Loved all the glass to see the ocean! Great balcony! Best stocked condo we have stayed in and we been going to st Regis for 13 years! Very clean! Vacasa is very responsive to any questions.

Topsail Island is our favorite vacation spot. The condo was exactly what we expected based on the pictures and our previous vacations at St Regis (different condos). Overall, it was clean, had necessities in the kitchen and was large enough for our family. The view from the 5th floor was perfect. The location is great and it’s not in a busy spot like Surf City. The facility itself was clean and safe. It’s a great place for families with children. Unexpectedly, Vacasa provided clean towels and bed linens for our use so that was a nice surprise. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were replaced from 2 twins to queen bunk beds right before our trip. These beds were comfortable and perfect for kids. I would not recommend having grown adults climb to the top bunk of a metal framed bed as it didn’t seem that sturdy. The main elevator in building 3 was out of service the entire week that we were there, leaving just the smaller elevator for the entire building. This caused a lot of delays waiting for the only available elevator. When you’re carrying beach bags, chairs, gear, or groceries, etc., it’s not the best to have to drag it all up or down 5 flights of stairs multiple times per day. The queen bed in the master bedroom was horrible and hard with no cushion. It would have also been nice to have blinds instead of white curtains to be able to darken the bedroom at night and during the early morning hours. If you’re sensitive to light when you sleep, you might want to consider bringing a dark sheet or blanket to cover the window.
