Description Description
You'll wake up each morning to the soothing sounds of crashing waves at this oceanfront condo on the shores of North Topsail Beach. Enjoy days of swimming and surfing, a wealth of on-site amenities, and your very own covered balcony where you can unwind with coffee, tea, or an evening cocktail. This beachfront condo sits on the (elevator-accessible) second floor of its building, with views of the sun coming up over the Atlantic. On the grounds, you'll have access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness room, a sauna, a putting green, a playground, a restaurant, and a beautiful stretch of sandy beach. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cool blast of central air conditioning and new cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. But the real showpiece is the view of the ocean, best admired by sliding open the glass balcony doors and letting in the fresh sea air. The condo is open and spacious, offering a sleek and modern kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a living room where you can watch movies (via cable and DVD) on the large TV. Both bedrooms are paired with full bathrooms and have direct balcony access, with one featuring a desk workspace where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi. A private washer/dryer is provided as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Plenty of room for families or groups of friends. Easy access to the beach and onsite amenities, restaurants, grills & cafes made this one of our favorite spots to stay on the island.

Lovely unit! Quick response to needing new batteries in the remotes so we could use the DVD player. Lots of items in the kitchen provided. We brought a large pot from home for our seafood boil. Appreciated the VACASA welcome kit with dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and sponge to get us started. Highly recommend this unit!

The St. Regis is a great location for family to enjoy the beach, pool and yard games. Our condo was perfect for a party of three.

Room was very conveniently located, off the elevator and there it was. Very quiet place. Loved opening the sliding door and just listening to the waves.

Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, easy beach access, fast elevators (this was impressive as it was Labor Day weekend), well thought-out/planned play-area for kids & adults, unique automatic water sprayers that rinse the beach sand from one's feet and legs (goodbye water-hose and cold outdoor showers), sauna, large pool, and good restaurants on the property with friendly and professional servers, hosts and hostess. (Thanks Phil Collins for the personal touch at the Pirates cafe.)

We stayed here and had a lovely time. It’s close to the beach, the pool was great. It’s on the opposite side of the island from the attractions but the drive is not bad at all. We enjoyed our stay
