Enjoy abundant sunshine, sand, and surf for your upcoming getaway to North Topsail Beach! This sixth-floor, oceanfront condo is part of the St. Regis complex, which is nestled on the beautiful shores of North Topsail Beach and offers the ultimate coastal living experience with amazing resort amenities, including an outdoor pool, sauna, fitness center, game room, two on-site restaurants, an ice cream shop, playground, elevators, easy beach access, and outdoor showers. One of the restaurants is on the seventh floor directly above the condo and the pool and cabana are directly below.

This air-conditioned beach gem boasts a bright and airy open floorplan that opens onto a majestic oceanfront balcony with impressive ocean views. The living room offers a wonderful spot to unwind with your loved ones and watch TV, play board games and cards, and simply relax while planning your next adventures. The condo features a well-appointed kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare exquisite homemade meals and beach snacks on the go, including a Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. Additional on-site amenities include a washer/dryer and free WiFi.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The condition of beach walkways, decks, and stairs changes quickly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration.
We make every effort to maintain the accurate status of home amenities but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unexpected changes to the coastline.
St. Regis Amenity Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.
Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The Island and Beaches of Topsail are Beautiful. The environment is represented by upscale Homes, Condos, Restaurants and Amenities. The St. Regis Condo we utilized was in an outstanding location on Topsail Island/Beach. It was was a very large 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Unit with beautiful panoramic views of the ocean from all rooms on the 5th floor. It was nicely appointed, with very comfortable furniture and professionally maintained. The colors are very bright, and the sounds of the oceans are very pronounced and vibrant when the doors and windows are open to the spacious furnished patio. The onsite 7th floor restaurant is convenient, accommodating, unique, and provides delicious full service meals. On the night of our arrival we enjoyed some delightful seafood appetizers. The Island and surrounding areas provide many restaurants and a variety of dining experiences for all tastes and budgets. We elected to have high quality steak and seafood on various night at local restaurants. Both provided delicious meals and ambience. Touring the island was nice during the day, as we went to Surf City and Topsail. The beaches and access are immaculate, clean and well manicured. The view of the sunset and sunrise from our unit #2509 provided a backdrop symphony of colors along with the sounds of the crashing waves. The sunrise and sunset are also a great experience from the beach itself. The onsite gym, pools, and steam room also provide additional health options. The location is easily accessible as it is centrally located on New River Inlet. This is a great, convenient location for a long leisurely vacation, mini getaway, or local business trip. It is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. We are looking forward to the next trip to explore more that the Island has to offer.

Security guards always on duty, beach was very nice, clean & quiet! Lovely pool, tiki bar & music! Staff very friendly & accommodating!
