Topsail and The St. Regis will always feel like a home away from home for me! It had been 9 years since we’ve been able to make it back so this was a very special getaway and the unit was everything I could’ve hoped for. I loved the ocean themed decorations, incredible view (my favorite overlooking the pool and the ocean) and the owners note explaining how they too fell in love with the place. Happy for their dream coming true and sharing it with families like us! I definitely recommend staying here!

Unfortunately this will be my last time staying at this property due to all the fire alarms (in the middle of the night) and water issues at this property. Fire department had to come over at least 6 times during my stay and never really fixed anything unfortunately. Lack of maintenance at St. Regis is the issue here and not the worth the money to constantly have to deal with all the noise all hours of the day and night. Not a relaxing stay and was happy to check out.

Our recent stay at the oceanfront vacation home Bottom Time was nothing short of extraordinary. We spent five blissful days here, and every moment was filled with relaxation, joy, and unforgettable memories. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking view of the ocean, which provided a spectacular backdrop for our entire vacation. The condo itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for our family to spread out and relax. The living area was tastefully decorated, and large windows allowed natural light to flood the space. The sun sets are a must to see from the balcony! The bedrooms were generously sized, offering plenty of storage space and comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The layout of the condo was family-friendly, with safety features such as secure balcony railings overlooking the pool, and easy-to-clean surfaces. The vacation home was equipped with a variety of amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, and TVs in every room. Additionally, the convenient laundry facilities made it easy to keep up with our laundry needs throughout the week. The location of the vacation home was ideal, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the beach. The hospitality we experienced during our stay was exceptional. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our five-day stay at Bottom Time exceeded all our expectations. If you are looking for a vacation home that offers stunning views, top-notch accommodations, and impeccable hospitality, we highly recommend this oceanfront retreat!

The view is a million dollar view! Beds were comfortable. If you want a big cup of coffee the mugs fit the bill! Very clean and walk -in shower is great! It was rather cool when we were there and the fireplace kept us toasty. Living room sectional was very comfortable. The decor is very "Beachy" and cute. You cannot go wrong with this condo. Highly recommend

This is a great vacation spot with a good amount of room and easy access to the beach, the pool, and the amenities that the condo complex has. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. I also recommend going to the Aarrr Pirate Bar & Grill for a bite to eat or a drink.

This is a very comfortable and nice place. Had one little issue with stove handle on thanksgiving day but they were willing to help through the whole process. Easy access to beach. Would gladly stay here again
