Description

The intent behind this home was to create the biggest and most accommodating house on Topsail Island. This home has all the amenities needed for a memorable and breezy stay: an elevator and over 5,000 square feet of living space. Four of the first-floor bedrooms are direct beach and oceanfront, with access to one of the extensive beachfront decks. Each bedroom has cable TV and a VCR or DVD. The home's second floor is where the main living space can be found. This home has a large kitchen equipped to handle large family gatherings. There is a full-size refrigerator, a separate smaller refrigerator, a separate ice maker, a microwave, a stove with double built-in ovens, and two dishwashers. Just about anything you might need for a large crowd is in this modern kitchen. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all together in a vast open area on the second floor. The large custom-made dining room table will seat many people. The living room features oversized comfortable couches and an entertainment center with a 50-inch HDTV and DVD player. This level also offers a spacious main bedroom with direct deck access and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The third-floor bedrooms all have an en suite bathroom. Of course, the top attraction of any home on Topsail Island is the beautiful and extensive beaches, but if you grow tired of swimming, fishing, and tanning, you can enjoy some of the extras this home brings. There is a large hot tub on the first-floor deck overlooking the Atlantic, and there is a community pool steps from the vacation rental. THINGS TO KNOW The community pool will be open from May 1 until October 1.

Plenty of beds for our large mostly adult group. We have rented this home for 6 years and will rent again . Unfortunately, the ice maker has only been in working order once. The stove top eyes have some issues. So does the top oven unit. The cost of the unit went up 5,000 dollars for 2026. For this price the home should be perfect. The cleaning service inside this year was great, unfortunately we have to request every year that the hot tub be cleaned. Chemicals are not enough, it should be drained and cleaned between rentals to get rid of the sand.

House has nice setup for large group with comfortable furniture, beds, kitchen supplies, outdoor shower. More hooks would be ideal for hanging wet towels, and bathing suits. Definitely needs a grill. Beach chairs would have been helpful. Love the close access to the beach.

We loved staying in Island Escape. The large open kitchen and living room are amazing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need. Beautiful views from every window. Love the access to a pool and a hot tub right outside your window. We will definitely be back!

The mattresses was amazing. Having the beds made on arrival was so appreciated! The home is one of the best layed out homes we've stayed in. It has accommodations for any combination of people you could imagine. I love to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped! Plenty of pots/pans/skillets to cook anything you can imagine. Plenty of plates/bowls/glasses/silverware to serve everyone in the house! The two dishwashers make clean-up a breeze! If you like to cook I do suggest bringing your own Knife! Although there are plenty of them there people put them in the dishwasher and they are dull. I always take my own knives though, so nothing not expected. The location of the home is wonderful. The views are amazing! I highly recommend this home for large groups!

This is a great house for a large group. The bedrooms are very nice, and the kitchen space is exceptional. The beach location is one of the best on the island. Highly recommend!

I know this couldn’t be planned, but arrived to a loggerhead nest on the lower dunes of property! Next morning another turtle nest on the walkway next door. We are big turtle fans, so very exciting! We had wonderful meals, great sleep, lots of competitive games. And memories to add to our cache of Topsail Island yearly vacations!!!!

Truly enjoyed the hot tub, and the outside shower was very handy to keep the kids sand free before they went in the house, I will say you might rethink your cleaning crew, as there was a lot of dirty things in this home. The potholders had lots of food on them not stains food. Most of the shower liners have a good 2 inches of mildew on them. We saw several roaches, and a lot of the ceiling fans did not work. One of the smoke detectors in the upstairs bedroom was beeping the last night we stayed there. It was too high up for us to try to fix it. We did a lot of pre-cleaning the first day to make it acceptable. For the price we pay for cleaning we should not have had to do that. But all in all, we made the best of the week and had a wonderful time.

This is the second year our family has stayed in this beach house. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is perfect for our extended family. We were impressed with the fact that this year the beds were made and soap, shampoo, and toilet paper was provided (these amenities were not provided in the past)! We enjoyed our week's stay, however the pool that was advertised was not available and the elevator that was advertised was not working, which caused some discomfort to family members.

Lovely home for our family reunion! We had 15 adults with plenty of room. Your maintenance guy was amazing!! He responded the same day and solved all of our minor issues! Kudos to Vacasa for a quick response!

The home has a lot of space. If you’re looking for a great kitchen and living area - this is it. The home wasn’t that clean. There were areas that felt like they had been overlooked for quite some time. The location of the home was a bit awkward. The area between the home and the dunes, was not maintained at all. This might have had something to do with the amount of bugs that entered the home.
