Enjoy all the comforts of home while vacationing with family and friends on this quiet, beautiful island. With plenty of room inside and out, and an elevator to make every floor accessible, each member of your family will find a place for fun, leisure, and relaxation. With your choice of three decks, it's easy to take in the sunrise, the calming ocean waves, and the playful dolphins. Enjoy walks on the beach, playing in the pristine sand, or going for a swim in the refreshing water. After a long day at the beach, get sand-free in the enclosed outdoor shower on the ground level and take a soak in the private hot tub on the first-floor deck. Ready for some inside entertainment? There are plenty of spaces to choose from. Curl up with a book on the comfy sofa, watch TV in any of the rooms, or play a game of foosball downstairs. The main level open-concept design living area has a well-equipped kitchen to meet all your needs. The family can gather at the counter while you cook with seating for casual meals or socializing. The kitchen flows directly into the dining area. The 4th floor primary suite includes an attached bonus room with double bed, perfect for families. After an active day on the beach, you will enjoy the spacious living room and sunroom area for entertainment and relaxation while gazing out over the ocean. The attached top-level private deck gives incredible ocean views in every direction. Retire in the evening to the deck with a cocktail and be amazed by the stars, or wake up with a coffee and the sunrise. Other features which give this house a special feeling of comfort include hardwood floors throughout, crown moldings, ceiling fans, recessed lighting, central air-conditioning, TVs in all bedrooms, cable, a game and puzzle table, an additional refrigerator on the first floor, a wine rack, and a washer/dryer. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Beach Life Ocean Ridge! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked the home was. The layout was perfect for our family—plenty of space to spread out, yet cozy enough to enjoy time together. The location is unbeatable. Waking up to ocean views, sipping coffee on the deck with the sound of waves, and having such easy access to the beach made this trip unforgettable. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation—comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and even beach gear ready for us to use. We also appreciated how responsive and helpful the hosts were—they truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We’re already talking about coming back next year. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay at North Topsail Beach!

The home was very clean and well equipped with plenty of kitchen supplies from plates,bowls, anything that you would ever need for cooking. We were very pleased with our stay overall. The only negative was the stove and oven did not work from time of arrival on Saturday until Thursday late afternoon but we were able to work around that.

This home has everything. While we didn't try the hot tub or the pool (which was apparently closed) the home itself is a gem. It is beautiful, immaculate, comfortable, and well equipped. Three decks to sit on ensures no one misses looking out on the ocean and the master suite is an oasis for the grown up couple wanting to be totally away from the rest of the family. It has a kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker and full separate seating area. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back next year.

While we were able to have a really good vacation due to the house with working elevator, the location on the beach, the great oceanfront decks with sturdy furniture and hot tub, numerous little issues combined kept it from being great. It started with a call before we even arrived that the A/C wasn’t working on the 2nd floor. Portable units were provided and this turned out to not be a big issue since the main A/C was working in the bedrooms that we were using. The A/C was finally fixed 5 days into our week long stay. Apparently the equipment set-up of TV, internet service and WiFi created an issue that was never fully resolved. We never had consistent working TVs and WiFi never really worked during our entire stay. Vacasa was responsive but whether they did everything they could have to fix things, only they know. Regardless the difference between good and great is results, not effort. The dishwasher was marginal at best and in fact we pulled silverware out of the drawer that had dried on food probably because previous tenants or cleaning crew didn’t pay attention when emptying the dishwasher after it had been run. I say this because even though we rinsed dishes before putting in the dishwasher, even with small loads, many items just did not get clean.

The house was great but the non-existent response from Vacasa to problems with appliances definitely detracted from our week. the washer never worked (young kids with us); the ice maker never worked; the microwave stopped working on day 4/7. despite repeated texts to Vacasa, none of the appliances were ever repaired.

The house had plenty of amenities for the 20 of us. It was nice to have a kitchen stocked with enough dishes, large pots and serving bowls for a large group. Not one complaint about uncomfortable beds!!
