We just had a wonderful week long vacation on Topsail Beach at Reef Ridge. The location was great and the house was very comfortable for our gathering of 10 people. The views from the deck were amazing and being oceanfront was the best! The spacious kitchen table was great for game nights! We would definitely consider coming back to this home! The only negative to this house is you do not have an outdoor grill. There is a nice large covered porch downstairs which 2 bedrooms open up to. If you are looking for a comfortable home oceanfront this one is definitely one to consider!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home! The house was beautifully appointed—spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet with stunning views, yet just a short drive to great shopping and restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Loved how close the beach was. House easily held my party of 12. Not much to complain about overall. Havjng access to the elevator and nicer grill would be only upgrades or changes but Def plan on staying again next spring break.

We loved the layout and coziness of the home and the amazing view from the windows and deck. Our family felt right at home and would definitely rent this house again. Everyone enjoyed having their own bedrooms and enough bathrooms to accommodate us all. Thanks for having us as your guests.

We really enjoyed the home. Kitchen was very well equipped. Great to have 5 bedrooms and plenty of space for our children and their families. Internet was the only thing that did not cooperate

I stay oceanfront on Topsail Island for at least one week every year and have very specific wants and needs, and this is the first in a while that has truly checked all our boxes! As I’m usually traveling with multiple other couples, more than one king bed is essential. I also want a pet friendly home that is very clean. I was grateful to walk into this home and not be able to tell that others’ pets had been there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home every meal, every day, plus a large table big enough to have a puzzle going at one end while we still ate at the other! I’m grateful to the owners for paying attention to little details that really improve guest experience, like 100% cotton sheets, outlet extenders with usb ports near the beds, and basic amenities to get us started without having to run to the store right away (like paper towels and toilet paper). I also loved the artwork choices by the owners and that there is plenty of comfy seating in the living room! We had one small maintenance issue and the local “fix-it-all professional” was quick to respond and make the necessary repairs. The beach in this particular section of N. Topsail is wide enough that you can set up behind the high tide line and enjoy the beach all day! We got lucky and saw a sea turtle nest hatch during our stay, too! This is a fantastic oceanfront beach house that I can’t wait to return to in the future!

Great large home and right on the beach. Great decks to sit on. Well stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. We never ran out of hot water - a plus.

This house has an amazing location right on the sand. You have the ocean on the back side, and you can see the sound from the kitchen. Great house. Would highly recommend.

Exactly as presented. Lovely and peaceful home directly on the beach. Close to food store and pharmacy if needed. Very pleasant stay.

The home was located beachfront and had a beautiful view and easy access to the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. There were outdoor showers and a nice balcony. The only problem was ants in the kitchen. My son left an unfinished soft drink on the kitchen counter and the next morning we had a legion of ants on the kitchen counter. Fortunately, all of our food was well sealed or we would have lost most of it to the ants. We called and someone brought some spray and ant traps which helped but we did continue to see them - just not as many. If the ant problem is eliminated, this is an awesome home to enjoy the beach.

This was our fifth year at Reef Ridge. We love everything about the home. The owner keeps is updated and very family friendly. we love the fact that the house has a a person (Bubba) to call if you need anything. We have called on him in the past and he responds immediately and fixes the problem in a timely manner. He is very friendly and knows the house quite well.

This place was great. The price we got it for extremely reasonable and location you couldn’t beat it. We will without a doubt stay here again in the future if it is available. Super clean house, plenty of rooms/bathrooms. Great view. What more could you ask for?

Perfect fit for our family- 6 adults and 3 young kids. Kitchen is fully equipped with any and everything you need to prepare food at home. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach is wonderful. Have stayed here 3 years in a row and really enjoyed it. The ocean & beach are your front yard!!!
