This home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, an outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, and two large oceanfront decks. Additional highlights include a DVD player, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and three TVs.

House was well stocked & clean. I was able to work out in the 2nd floor deck & there was plenty of storage for our inner tubes & wet suits. Loved the house!!!!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the location right on the beach, just a few steps down and your toes are in the sand! The beds were comfy as well as the living room furniture and the kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook. The house was very quiet, little to no noise from the road. Our only real complaint was that there wasn’t an enclosed outdoor shower. Would recommend this house!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Sass Sea Haven. We waited until the end of the summer and we pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves! It was quiet, relaxing, and re-energizing. The Kitchen was fully stocked - we brought a lot of stuff we didn't need because it was already there! The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was great! Highly recommend this home and would love to stay there again!

We were very pleasantly surprised to find all the things we needed/wanted for our stay at them house. Floor fans, flashlights, beach chairs, hand soap, spices for cooking and more! The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 1 toddler! Our family had an awesome week at Topsail!

Perfect location on the beach! 2nd year we rented and booked for next year. Love not to pack sheets and towels. House has everything you need. Pack your clothes is all you need.

We’ve been coming to the island for years. This is the first house we’ve stayed in twice and already booked it again for next year. Spectacular views, great beach and well appointed!

We have rented a house on the island for 18 years. This is the first year for Sass Sea and is well stocked with everything! Modern and loved the decor. You can't be the view!!. Down side Vacasa!!!! We were without air conditioning on first floor and VACASA no were to be found. Extremely poor customer service and communication. No communication at all on status on fix for AC. We should have stayed with a small real estate office. Vacasa will take your money and walk away!!!!!!!
