The second primary bedroom is on the same floor as the main kitchen and family room and features a ceiling fan, a private bath with a large garden tub for a relaxing moment away from the crowd, a separate shower, and a separate vanity area so two can get ready for the next event at the same time. There are also two separate beachfront guest bedrooms on the third floor level with ceiling fans, along with a high-ceiling covered deck, which also has an outdoor spiral stair down to the second-floor family room deck level.
