This house was everything. We had sun rises, sun sets, easy beach access. The house was impeccably clean and the kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans, plenty of utensils, a knife sharpener,nice size coffee mugs. The beds were so comfortable and the linens clean and soft. Water pressure was perfect. We come to Topsail every year and this has been our favorite house and this is where we will stay in the future.

Amazing service and property. Some small changes needed. An army of ants in the back yard. Would have loved to have had a grill outside. A long couple of floor climb to the kitchen would be great in the description. Hopefully you have some younger people with strong legs to help in your group. Old wagon, chairs, and umbrella. Everything was weathered with rust and brittleness. Beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere.

Our family of 9 stayed here for 4 nights Labor Day weekend. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Very private and the views are amazing. I’m a sucker for the sunsets and sunrises and I got to see both from the deck. I will definitely book again. 🌊❤️

Loved the house !! Gorgeous all around views of water. The photos dont do it justice. The beach is only a 1 minutes walk across the street and at low tides great for splashing around with family. The hidden gem is the view from the back porch. The amenities in the kitchen were great. Furnishing was good as well. Would love to come back again.

The home was great, perfect for 8 of us. Very quiet location, clean and comfortable. Beach access a few feet away! Only challenge with small children is the beach access has a strong current (more so than other locations we have stayed on topsail island) there were signs a few houses down saying “no swimming, strong current” which did alert us. It is something we struggled with when we could be in the ocean vs. when to take a break. Otherwise, very pleased with the home and had a great week.

We loved this house and the location! The house is nicely decorated, has plenty of eating spots between the dining table, island seating, and outdoor table. There was plenty of dishware and silverware, kitchen accessories, a blender, toaster, multiple styles of coffee makers, etc. There were even open cabinets to store our food keeping counters uncluttered! Four full bathrooms was great! The bedrooms all had their own deck access! The multiple decks with seats and a swing were awesome to sit out in the evenings and view the ocean. The little screened porch was wonderful in the morning to have a cup of coffee and watch the birds on the little pond. Having the outdoor shower was great to rinse off from the beach before coming inside. The beach was accessed across the driveway and was a wide beach area even at high tide. At low tide there were little sandbars to walk out to and nice shallow areas for little ones to safely play in the water. High tide had a bit of a strong current, so really watching younger kids would be recommended. Nice clean beach, though. There is a little market nearby with a tiki bar and a couple of restaurants not too far. We enjoyed Splash for their food and live music. We would absolutely stay here again!!
