Additional perks that make this home more accessible include safety bars next to all toilets and in all showers for added support, two accessibility-friendly toilets, and a shower seat for those who may need to sit while bathing. Since the island is known for its breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, guests will be happy to be able to view them from every room of the home, which is strategically full of windows. The large, open floor plan, consisting of bright and airy living, dining, and kitchen areas, is ideal for groups and families and provides sweeping 180-degree ocean views. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a prep sink, several new appliances, and all new kitchen necessities, including extras such as a slow cooker, Instapot, rice cooker, Keurig, and air fryer. There is plenty of seating for everyone to eat together, either at the spacious island with seating for 8, or the adjacent large dining table with seating for 10. Little ones can join; there's a booster seat and a separate high chair as well. Off the kitchen, spend time reading or watching the shrimp boats come and go from the cozy bay window seat with gorgeous ocean views. Relax in the living area, which includes three comfortable couches and two oversized chairs, enjoy the surround sound system, and admire the local art scattered throughout this peaceful room. From any chair, simply turn your head to admire the fantastic ocean views from the entire wall of sliding glass doors opening to oceanfront decks. Vacation means relaxing, so take advantage of the whole house elevator, which takes away the burden of lugging groceries and luggage up the stairs. You will be pleased with the convenient second refrigerator, located on the ground level with exterior access, to store drinks, bait, and extra groceries. Please enjoy provided beach chairs, life jackets, sand toys, a sand wagon, a sun umbrella, coolers, cornhole, and pool toys, as well. After a lazy day on the beach or the pier, feel free to wash the salt and sand away in the freshwater outdoor shower with a newly updated rain shower head. This was a terrific, large house with outstanding views from every deck. The location is amazing, in a private cul-de-sac at the very end of North Topsail, looking out on a pond, the ocean, and the New River. The beach is uncrowded and has a wide sandy area even at high tide, because it is next to the river inlet. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with dishes and cookware, and plenty of gadgets, and connected to a large great room and dining area. We loved the decks facing both directions, and we frequently saw egrets, turtles, pelicans, and ducks in the pond. The pool was great to have, and we used the hot tub on cool nights. We really appreciated the extensive number of beach chairs available (and we barely used the sand toys). This is a house where you can arrive with just your suitcases and immediately start having a great time.

We loved every minute we stayed here! Easy to access, quiet location, the house is well appointed with inside and outside amenities. The beach is steps away and the pool was a hit with the kids. We will definitely stay again!

This beautiful kid friendly home was the perfect beach vacation for our family. The listing was spot on! Everything was there that they said would be! The beach was so close and perfect for our tent or to park our truck for a day of surf fishing! We want to book again next year! The Tiki Bar was priceless! So close and convenient. We went everyday and for Karaoke! That was so fun! Such a family friendly beach. Splash by the Sea was a great restaurant also! Loved This Place!!!!!

This house was by far the most spacious and well stocked house we’ve rented in the 11 years we’ve been coming to Topsail. The house had everything we needed from bedding to kitchen appliances to beach supplies to games and books. It was comfortable and had plenty of space for our 6 adults and 8 kids. We used the pool, hot tub, Pac-Man machine, beach toys, cooked every meal, watched movies, played games, etc. The location at the end of the island feels remote but it’s not a bad drive to get to grocery stores or other needs. The curve at the end of the island was great for kids to find crabs and explore especially when the tide went down and left little pools. One thing to note that really cannot be changed by the renters….there really is very little beach at high tide so you have to time your beach-sitting to the tide schedule. Also, we were told the current was very rough around the curve at the end of the island so we insisted our kids went down the beach a bit before going in further than playing at the water’s edge. This isn’t a deal breaker….but something you should know before you book depending on how you like to spend your beach days! We would love to rent the house again….as I said, the house did not leave us wishing for more - it was the perfect and we were so happy. Didn’t want to leave today and go back to normal life. Thank you for a fun week of cousin bonding! :)

Amazing vacation spot! I spent the week here with my large family and we had a blast. Plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen. The beach is easily accessible with an amazing ocean view right from the deck! The house was clean and comfortable and you could tell the host took pride in details and guest comfort. The pool was great for relaxing in the later afternoon. I would definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying again in the future.

This is honestly one of the cleanest, nicest homes I’ve ever rented for a vacation! It had so many kitchen tools, appliances, dishes, etc. and they were all in such great working order. Every room was very clean upon arrival. The furniture was very comfortable as well. I appreciated all of the toys for my little one as well. Such an added bonus! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

This was such a beautiful house! Every view from every location was just perfect ! We loved every minute of our stay. All the extras in the home were so well thought out and much appreciated. It was such a calming peaceful week and we are wanting to go back already! Never been at so much peace on a vacation before. Best family vacation ever! We will definitely be back!

This house has it all. It is gorgeous inside and out with stunning views from every angle. We loved the secluded feeling. This property also had a lot of children items available, the best being baby gates to keep our toddler from accessing any stairs which allowed us to sit back and relax and not have to guard the stairs constantly. He loved playing with all the toys that were there already for our stay. We will definitely lol to book this property again in the future.

The house was excellent for our family vacation. It was clean, provided toiletries, sheets, and other amenities. The location was private and had easy beach access and the private pool was a bonus! Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend this house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Life. Plenty of space for everyone. It was nice having toys already there for the little ones. The pool was nice and suited our needs. We loved walking to the crab sanctuary at low tide down by the intercostal waterway and the inlet. So many little crabs to observe. We also walked here during high tide at sunset. It was stunning! I wish I could share my photos. Just a short walk down the beach to the right of the house we were able to find a safe place to swim and set up for the day. The house met all of our needs and really have no complaints. As a family that likes to cook we jus wish we would’ve had more storage available for our food items. The cabinet space was limited because there were so many dishes, cooking utensils, and small appliances. In addition, I like to keep a tidy home and tried to vacuum a few times. The vacuum didn’t work very well, so we tried to sweep with brooms as often as we could. Overall our family vacation was wonderful and the home was a great place to stay.

Things we loved- the location is fantastic! The views are gorgeous. The home is beautiful. We were ten adults and one child and had enough room to all gather to eat and play family games in the evenings comfortably. The kitchen had ample necessary items. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. Loved being able to go right out the door and walk on beach. There’s a crab sanctuary at the end to walk to that’s great. Negatives- We were very disappointed with Vacasa service. The first full day in using the jetted tub in primary bath the water would not turn off. Service came out and said since it was Sunday it would cost the home owner a lot for them to fix it that day and could it wait until Monday. We said of course, so he turned the water off and said he would see us the next day. No showed. I texted with Vacasa Tuesday and they said someone would be out that day. No showed. I called on Wednesday and after an almost half hour frustrating call was finally told someone would be out that day. It seemed like I was talking to someone at a call center in India. No showed. We gave up, and no one ever came to fix it or turn the water to tub back on. Mattresses were not comfortable at all. Air fryer was broke. Listing read pool was not heated, so we knew, but even first week of June we found it not useable except for feet dips to cool off due to how cold water was. You cannot swim in most of the beach area in front of the home due to dangerous under current and need to walk down the beach a little. Most of the beach chairs/equipment were in rough shape. All in all we had a lovely family beach vacation, and would recommend house, though with the amount of money paid for a week rental we expected service and slightly better upkeep in quality.

This house is spectacular. You can’t beat the location. One side of the house you watch the sunset and the other side you are staring right at the ocean. Just incredible. We stayed here with my 3 year old and 6 month old. The house has a great layout. Each bedroom has a bathroom so it definitely helps with bigger gatherings. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. This house is also perfect for kids. Pack-n play, booster seat, baby Walker, tons of plates, cups, and silverware for kids was an extra bonus. The beach was perfect as well for kids, on the end of the street and not really anyone around us. Plenty of beach gear for kids and adults definitely makes things easier. All you have to do is walk across the sand street to the beach, so it’s easy to go back to the house if need be. I will say that we saw several people get stuck in the sand road right in front of the house. My 3 year old was entertained but I’m sure the people were not. It wasn’t an issue for 4 wheel drive at all but the smaller cars definitely needed to know how to drive in the sand. This was an absolutely wonderful vacation and I’m so glad we found this house. Brian is so helpful and was always available to text for questions. Can’t wait to go back!!

The house was great, better than pictures. The views from every window was phenomenal. Owners have thought of everything, baby crib to 3 types coffee pots. House was clean and decorated beautifully. Anything you need is within 15 minutes yet you feel at the end of the world.

The beach house was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Every kitchen appliance, including flatware and plates, was available. The elevator made loading and unloading extremely easy! Even though the house did not sit directly on the beach, there was a clear view of the beach and the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. A very short walk to the beach. The pool was also a plus. When the kids were tired of sand, the pool was a WIN! Grocery store, restaurants and Souvenier shops were only 12 minutes away! We will definitely go back! ❤️

I don't typically write reviews but this vacation home deserves it! From the moment we arrived in the driveway we enjoyed every minute of our stay! The elevator going in was so convenient so we didn't have to take our luggage or groceries all up by hand. Upon entry the home was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook every night if you wanted. The home was decorated gorgeously, but not in a way where I felt uncomfortable with my kids going about the house on pins and needles. It brought all the beauty and comfort we could ever ask for and everyone in our family could relax and enjoy themselves. The views were absolutely breathtaking and one of my favorite parts of our stay was drinking coffee on the front deck with a full view of the morning ocean. This home really has everything. Not only are there so many beds and rooms, there is a private deck off of most bedrooms and even more importantly a bathroom for each room. This was a huge convenience especially after our group came back from the beach and needed to clean up. The weather was perfect during our stay - hot during the day to enjoy the the private pool in the back, and cool enough at night to enjoy the hot tub on the deck. The beach was super clean and private, and the kids loved all of the marine life on the beach - we saw many turtles and small crabs in the early morning or evening hours. There were games and cards left for us to play with and a mount toss ring game on the lower deck by the grill that we played with while grilling out. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and spend time with friend/family without the hustle and annoyance of crowds or traffic you HAVE to stay here. Guaranteed with this place you have found the spot and you will not be disappointed- I am sure of that!

Beautiful newly renovated beach house with beautiful views and awesome location. Perfect multi family destination that will appeal to everyone. You have the beach, pool, hot tub, two large balcony’s to hang out at or just relax in the cool house and enjoys the views from every window watching your favorite movies. The cooks will enjoy the well appointed kitchen that literally has everything and sooo much space. I brought two jet skis and enjoyed riding all around the area and playing in the surf. You can put in from the beach less then a mile away. There is not enough words to describe how relaxing and enjoyable our stay was. We even tried to stay a couple more days because we all didn’t want to go home. We definitely will be back again to stay. You will not be disappointed!!!

We loved the location and the house itself. My daughter is in wheelchair and had access everywhere. We did have an issue with the elevator one day but vicasa manager came out herself promptly to try to fix the issue because the elevator technician would be later getting there. She fixed it and didn't have any more issues. We had such a wonderful experience all around!

Home is beautiful, loaded with extras, has breathtaking views, and was sparkling clean! The WiFi was solid, decor is beautiful, kitchen was so well stocked, bedding was beautiful, comfy mattresses, enjoyed the hot tub, the Blackstone grill, and LOVED the views from every room. Just a magical location and a gorgeous home. Will be back!

Beautiful newly renovated beach house with beautiful views and awesome location. Perfect multi family destination that will appeal to everyone. You have the beach, pool, hot tub, two large balcony’s to hang out at or just relax in the cool house and enjoys the views from every window watching your favorite movies. The cooks will enjoy the well appointed kitchen that literally has everything and sooo much space. I brought two jet skis and enjoyed riding all around the area and playing in the surf. You can put in from the beach less then a mile away. There is not enough words to describe how relaxing and enjoyable our stay was. We even tried to stay a couple more days because we all didn’t want to go home. We definitely will be back again to stay. You will not be disappointed!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit.The home was absolutely beautiful with plenty of room and stunning views of the ocean. Home was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the private pool! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and the house itself. My daughter is in wheelchair and had access everywhere. We did have an issue with the elevator one day but vicasa manager came out herself promptly to try to fix the issue because the elevator technician would be later getting there. She fixed it and didn't have any more issues. We had such a wonderful experience all around!

Home is beautiful, loaded with extras, has breathtaking views, and was sparkling clean! The WiFi was solid, decor is beautiful, kitchen was so well stocked, bedding was beautiful, comfy mattresses, enjoyed the hot tub, the Blackstone grill, and LOVED the views from every room. Just a magical location and a gorgeous home. Will be back!
