Description

Adventure awaits you in this beachy townhouse conveniently located one block from the ocean! This splendid retreat enjoys a great location right between the Bridges on Topsail Island and near fantastic attractions, including North Topsail Beach Town Park, Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, and Shipwreck Point Golf. In addition to a prime location, this retreat is within a short walking distance of the shared outdoor pool for fun in the sun as well as a pier to the sound side. You will love sitting on the screened deck or the sun deck with your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy all the views as well as the smells and sounds of the coast. Inside you will find everything you need for a successful vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen for whipping up all your favorite meals and snacks. There's plenty of comfortable seating in the living room to enjoy each other's company or watch a favorite movie on the TV. Gather around the dining table for meals, games, or good conversation, or dine alfresco on the deck. At the end of a long, adventurous day, or just for some privacy to relax or read, sink into comfortable beds and enjoy the TVs and ceiling fans provided in the bedrooms. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, and central AC. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

I drove from GA to surprise and pick my dad up in Polkton, NC for a little trip together to Topsail, just us. We had a place on Topsail in the 90's up until early 2000s so lots of memories. This was a wise choice to stay here. The views are amazing. My dad enjoyed his bedroom/screened porch suite. He had coffee at sunsets and enjoyed the night breeze and sounds. The property was clean, well decorated and we both had great sleep in the beds, kitchen had all necessities, comfy living room. We couldn't be more happy customer service and are just truly grateful we got to make a memorable trip together here. Thank you

We really enjoyed the upper deck and screened in porch. It was very windy our whole trip (mid-April) and were only able to use the beach for a few hours. The decks overlooking the sound were wonderful and we spent a lot of time enjoying the sights, sounds and views. Great sunsets!

Had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend at the beach. Great views of the sound and a block from the ocean. Very clean and furnished for cooking and relaxing on one of 3 porches. Great place for the family to fish on the beach and sound. Plan to return.

Perfect beach house! It had everything we needed and a close walk to the beach. The house was clean, well equipped and the views were gorgeous! There’s 2 decks that you can sit and watch the sunset - one covered and one open. I would definitely recommend! Also a close drive to restaurants and shops.

This home was perfect for our family. We stayed in the bedroom downstairs with a screened in back porch. The porch overlooked the sound and had good quality furniture. This was my favorite spot. My daughter and her kids stayed upstairs. Their porch overlooked the sound and was not screened in which allowed for sunshine. The setup was the perfect for each family. The front porch was also a favorite - nice furniture and you can feel the ocean breeze and hear the ocean. It was just a couple blocks away. We had everything we needed in the kitchen too. The garage also has everything you might need for the beach. Also had 2 kayaks for the sound. We also enjoyed the fishing peer and pool. It was a great recipe for a relaxing vacation. Thank you home owners for providing good quality amenities. Vacasa also communicated well and was very responsive through texts.

What a beautiful rental. Views from the bedrooms, decks everywhere, sunset views on the sound, just a block from the beach for a sunrise walk. Loved the home. Very dog friendly. My only issue was that when I arrived the keypad code didn’t work. Waited almost an hour for someone to come out. Once I got in I immediately locked myself out again just going out to get my luggage. Was stranded for four hours before someone came to help. The rental company did their best but I was quite disappointed. Renters beware. A man came to fix the keypad the next day and it still didn’t work. Don’t lock yourself out make sure you have an actual key and keep it on you at all times the doors automatically lock when you walk out.

We booked a condo at Bermuda landing about a month before our stay and were skeptical to say the least. We were VERY pleased with our stay! The condo was clean, Vacasa was very easy to navigate and it was exactly what we wanted for our stay! We will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean, well appointed and a very short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful, immaculate and dog friendly. We spent most of our time while at the condo in the screened porch enjoying the Intracoastal Waterway. Communication was very prompt. If you are interested in the pool, please inquire before booking as it did not open on May 1st.

We booked it last minute for pretty cheap so we weren’t expecting much. But it’s a great place, fantastic views of the sound, quick walk to the beach, and it was super clean. We will be back.

Great place in a fabulous location at a really good price. Beautiful spot with quick and easy beach access, a 5 minute walk. Overlooking the sound at sunset was beautiful. There is a nice community pool. The house is super nice with everything you need plus more. Toys available in the garage and kayaks. There were a few housekeeping issues preventing the 5 stars, but we would definitely come back!
