NTB1259 Endless Summer

The home was beautiful. Located actlross from the beach and had a wonderful view. It was large enough to comfortably fit my entire family of 9. Only issue was the home changed management 30 days before our arrival date Thanksgiving week and the new owners canceled our reservation. To rebook, I had to pay an additional $600. The new management would not honor the rate I had already paid and would not return me or airbnbs numerous calls or requests. Because we had family flying in from 4 different locations, I had no choice but to pay the new rate. The original management co was very communicative and helpful with information about local activities. The new mgmt co did not engage w us until they sent check in info the day before arrival.
I would book this home again for size and location but left weary of the new management co business practices.

This house is comfortable, spacious and on par with other homes we’ve used around the country. Not awesome, not awful - just a nice comfortable home away from home. It’s in a good location considering that it is across the street from the beach and there are no other homes to block the view. Beach access is great. The home is comfortable and in good shape considering that it is occupied by many families throughout the year. Everything is in working order with a nice (but relatively small) kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. The pool is great and very well maintained. Super clean and perfect for our family with young children.

The location of this home is perfect for a low key family vacation. We had grandmothers to elementary age children with us on vacation and the house accommodated well. Would highly recommend this vacation rental.

We stayed for one week with family of ten and two dogs…the place was perfect, lots of room and easy access to the beach…the pool is salt water and we spent many hours enjoying it…and sunset from upper deck was spectacular…would stay here again.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much. If we had to pick anything that needed improved last year - it was the deck and you replaced the entire deck. The beds are so comfortable, the house is clean, sheets and towels provided. Pool cleaned throughout the week. Magical view on both sides of house. We have been coming to Topsail for 13 years. This is the first time we have booked the same house the following year and we will do it again. I can’t imagine it could get any better!

We enjoyed being at the beach. You only walked across the street and there was the ocean. The views from the house were great. Our family loved it. The pool was an added bonus.

First time renting with Vacasa. Mostly good. Interior very nice. Kitchen well stocked. Pool clean and well maintained. Nice to have 2 refrigerators. Super easy beach access. Exterior a bit rough, but mostly cosmetic. Was told someone was coming to fix beeping on fridge twice, never showed.

Don’t let the deck/ railings fool you. The house is very nice. The pool is very well maintained and the kitchen is well supplied. Really enjoyed the house !!

Love the home so much! Had a tricky time getting in to the home but customers service was able to get us in in about 30 mins. Home was way nicer than even the photos showed. The pool was a massive game changer especially with the poor weather we had. Would 100% stay again!

My family of 9 and dog stayed for a week at the end of July. Beach access is right across the street. House was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

Absolutely beautiful house. Perfect location. Gorgeous views of the beach and the sound! Beach day and pool evenings made this one of our favorite Topsail vacations ever ♥️

We had three families stay in this house for a week; ranging from ages 4-66.From the street, this house may send the wrong message. While the deck needs some attention, the inside is pretty well maintained, there have been some updates than what is shown in the pictures. However, the proximity to the beach and the pool make up for the minor problems. We appreciated having someone come clean the pool while we were there too!

Excellent house for our family including ages from 78 years to 3 years. Beach access just across the street and wonderful views of the ocean. Pool was great. TV in all bedrooms and main living area. House was clean and property management / company was responsive. 10/10 highly recommended. Was a wonderful place to stay for our large family and we had a wonderful vacation.

Location great, no houses blocking view of ocean. We visited May 18th to 25th. No crowded beach. Pool very clean and had 2 pool cleanings by Carolina Pools, nice guy. We left a charcoal grill for next family. Great experience with family.

This was our 2nd year renting this property, we noticed upon arrival that the house was much cleaner than last year. The beds were all made-up, which was very nice. The kitchen had been up graded with new pots and pans which was also nice. The home still doesn't have an outside grill which was disappointing. We had to call Vacasa to get the pool cleaned, and the woman asked us to send her pictures of the dirty pool...what, just clean the pool halfway through the week! The downstairs refrigerator really struggles to keep item cold, and the kitchen coffee maker needs to be up-graded, and maybe a 2nd coffee pot added! Tough to keep everyone in morning coffee with one old coffee maker. Also, need more places to hang wet towels. North Topsail Beach is wonderful, with some more up-grades the house would be too.

House is great for big families, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Location is great. Walk right across the road and the beach is right there. Very uncrowded area of the beach so lots of room to spread out and play.

This was our first visit to stay at North Topsail, and we were a bit off season by arriving in early May. It was very quiet, being off-season, and the house is located on a stretch of road that has a great wide view unobstructed by other homes, even though it is across the road. The deck views are awesome. The house was very clean and comfortable for a group of 8, older kids included. The onsite pool was nice, however, please note that it is not heated, so in early May with cooler temps, it was cold. The kids stayed in longer than the adults. There's a nice hot outdoor shower however to warm up after being in the pool. Inside, the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed, however some of the pot and pans have seen their day and should be replaced. One negative is that there were no bathroom towels at all, and it took Vacasa 2 days to deliver them. Please spare yourself the cost of buying new cheap towels at the dollar store, and bring all you will need with you. The only other thing that needs replacement are the deck boards, which caused several to get splinters. Overall I give it a 4 rating for the items mentioned but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Please also note, there are many stairs to climb at this home.

We like mostly everything about this home. We have stayed here twice now and would like to come back. Sad that the spa was removed but all else good.
