Description

New owners are updating, upgrading, and giving this beautiful home the TLC it deserves. This quiet, peaceful, residential side of Topsail is a quick drive to must-see attractions, including Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, and fantastic restaurants. Upon entering, you will find vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows, natural light, and incredible ocean views and sounds. Setting this home apart from others are the two upper oceanfront bedrooms, each with a private balcony. The bonus room includes puzzles, games, ocean views from the top floor, and a balcony overlooking the inlet. The kitchen is well stocked and has a beautiful breakfast nook overlooking the ocean. Retreat to the primary bathroom for a spa bathtub, big enough for two. Enjoy the washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Thoughtful upgrades include brand-new furniture in nearly every room, new vanities, mirrors, and lights in all four bathrooms, plus brand-new flooring throughout. Just a few steps out your backdoor, and your feet are in the ocean water. This area is known for the most incredible and perfect seashells. Walk down or fish at the Topsail Pier, less than one mile away. It's a short drive to the tip of the island where you can drive right out on the beach and fish the inlet. The back deck has plenty of seating for outdoor dining and evening games with family and friends, making this Coastal home as close to heaven as you can get.

Loved the beach access! Liked the games available, the patio furniture, and the loft area for extra playing! The view is amazing! The home could have been cleaner. If you plan on cooking, take your own frying pans and maybe some pots. The ones at the home should be replaced. The family did love being on the beach for the week.

The views and being right on the beach is why I come to the ocean. This home could not be closer and the deck is set up to enjoy the ocean and you are steps away from a walk on the beach. Furniture comfortable and plenty of seating at the dining tables for small or large groups. We enjoyed the charcoal grill for some evening seafood dinners. The balconies off the upstairs bedrooms facing the ocean were great for private time to enjoy the ocean. The one improvement needed is the handrail going to the upstairs bedrooms needs to be extended to reach the top landing.

The home is updated and the views are beautiful. Easy access to the beach with plenty of room during high tide. I would recommend bringing your own cookware if you are a family that cooks many of your own meals. The skillets available are not usable. If you eat most of your big meals out, then this will not be an issue. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return in the future.

This home was wonderfully set up for our family visit. Little things like having hand soap and toiletries already there added an extra touch that we appreciated. The home was laid out perfectly for our family of three generations. The youngest members loved the bunk beds, the 2nd floor game area, and of course the easy access to the beach. The large first floor was perfect for family gatherings. Whether it was a formal meal, casual breakfast, movie night or simply talking it was inviting and comfortable. The views from the windows and deck were spectacular. From the moment of booking the Vacasa team was the definition of hospitality. The app was easy to use and provided much needed information with multiple ways to interact with staff. Thank you for making this a memorable stay that we will always cherish.

This house was excellent. They've made many renovations and improvements. We had three families with kids staying here and we all had enough space to play games, eat food on the tables, hang out on the deck and with the beach so close it was the icing on top. The house came with linens and towels provided which was awesome. We had an issue with one of the furniture being wobbly and damaged upon arrival but the staff responded immediately. We've been to topsail five times now and this was by far the best experience.

The house, the location, the beach are all perfect, will definitely be back and hopefully at this same house. Perfect for me and my adult children. Perfect location to Surf City and shops but far enough away that beach was not crowded at all

This home was so warm and inviting! The lay out gave bedroom privacy yet offered togetherness when in common areas. So amazing that 3 bedrooms had private balconies and all beds were comfortable. Loved we could park in a garage. Loved that it was not touristy yet a few minutes away from all the shopping you need. The sand is soft. Easy walk into ocean and the waves were not to big that you could get out easily. The outdoor shower is very nice. Love the large patio! I will for sure return. Host was very helpful.
