Description Description
With plenty of space to take a break, enjoy the rejuvenating sound and feel of the sand and surf, and relax in a fantastic beach home away from home. You may never want to leave. You'll find four floors equipped with amenities to complement an island getaway. Less than three miles north of the new Surf City bridge and about six miles south of the north bridge, your beach vacation begins at Island Paradise, the closest beach house to Surf City and its popular dining and shopping establishments. Let your memorable vacation begin the moment you arrive on the professionally landscaped grounds. With ample parking and an elevator to do all the heavy lifting, such as luggage and groceries, you can quickly make a date with your favorite book or beverage in the private, heated pool/spa or enjoy the incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and Topsail Beach from a comfortable deck chair on one of three outdoor balconies. Let the kids enjoy their own outdoor fun in the pirate ship playhouse while you breathe in the fresh, salty air. Take a quick rinse in the outdoor, private shower after a dip in the pool or a swim in the sea. Inside, the vacation home offers a tranquil retreat from a full day at the beach. You'll find a serene sleeping environment with comfortable bedding in six primary suites, two bunk rooms, and two sofa beds. Four suites are oceanfront with spectacular views and direct outdoor balcony/deck access. Each suite has a private, full bath and closet, and all bedrooms are equipped with a TV and ceiling fans. The house features a large, well-equipped game room with a full-sized pool table, an air hockey table, a wet bar, a refrigerator, a bathroom, and game closets for family fun. Sliding doors in the room take you from game time to chill time on the balcony and provide access to the eight-person hot tub. The home's top floor offers a wall of windows and a glass door to an exterior balcony to best enjoy the incredible colors of the Atlantic Ocean and beachfront. A large living room has sofas and swivel chairs to ensure everyone is in the conversation. Surround sound stereo accompanies a TV, and an extensive library of movies and games will keep everyone entertained. Vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan - including the living, kitchen, and dining rooms - make the top floor great for entertaining large groups. The kitchen features granite countertops, two ovens, a five-burner cooktop, two dishwashers, multiple coffee makers, multiple toasters, bar seating, and plenty of pots and pans. The top floor also features a large walk-in pantry and a private nook with a computer desk, printer, and free WIFI to help you stay connected. The private pool is typically open from May through October. Loved the location. Close to the beach. Swimming pool and hot tub a bonus! Lots of room for our family. The elevator was great when u didn't want to walk up 3 floors of steps! We had a great time.

The house house is wonderful. Some maintenance is highly recommended especially the water facets around the pool. It would lower the amount of sand being tracked in. But thank you for the use of your home. PS little to no hot water on floors 2 and 3 during the mid day but worked well at late evenings.

The air conditioner did not work on middle level of house was major downfall, it was addressed that parts had not came in but was very uncomfortable for guests on that floor. Loved the layout of the house and was perfect for a family with little ones. House had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay here with our large 4 family group. Plenty of space for everyone, lots of pool/beach toys, easy beach access, and the AC worked amazingly well. We all really enjoyed our time here and would love to return!

Loved the house, great amenities, great location! Unfortunately, there was construction on a new home the owners were building next door that greatly took away from our vacation. But even with that we were going to rebook for 2025 until we saw the price jump from $8,000 to $18,000 for the same week in May. We'll have to look elsewhere!

Having never stayed in Top Sail before we weren’t sure where to stay but found this house to be in a great location. Easily got to anywhere we decided to go. Loved the private beach access and pavilion. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Would definitely book again.

This house is perfect for our sized family. There is a pool (a little small) and a big hot tub. I loved that there was an ice machine, so no daily trips to get ice, but its on the lowest level. The kitchen is on the highest level, so you need to make trips up and down the stairs. There is an old pier pilings in the ocean under the water in front of the home, so you need to move to the left or the right of the home to swim. They have signs posted where not to swim. I loved having a taco place 50 feet from the property with live music. We played corn hole on the drive way listening to great live music and our own personal beverages. We love Topsail its a quiet smaller ocean front town with one putt putt place and no high rise hotels. Unfortunately, we can not book this house again for next year, because of a 50% increase in price.

This was a great location for our extended family ranging in age from 2 years to 58 years! The common spaces were great with lots of room to eat together. The hot tub and pool were great amenities that were used often as well as the great covered space to store our beach stuff each day instead of lugging it up to the house. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of space to cook (which we do every night). The 2 dishwashers were nice, but the one of the left of the sink wasn't working well (no drying ) and didn't get the dishes completely clean (we just rinsed really well and had to hand dry after it ran). There was construction going on next door with loud banging starting at 8am every morning, which isn't the owner's fault, but just be aware in the next month or so. The access to the beach was great and was truly beachfront. There are plenty of bathrooms, which is needed with so many people staying in one house. We weren't able to use the elevator due to the new law put in place, but were compensated for this. You WILL get a workout on the steps, but we figured we needed it with all of the food and beverages that were consumed over the week! Thank you for a wonderful time!
