Other great local attractions include Freeman Park, Kure Beach Pier, Fort Fisher State Historic Site, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, and Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. This beach charmer boasts a beautifully appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one and a big, covered balcony that is ideal for hanging out and having dinner. There you can also find a kid-sized table and chairs! Wind down in the welcoming living room after a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool and stream your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV. The condo also enjoys a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). The primary suite enjoys access to the covered balcony and each room has a smart TV and USB ports for charging devices. Additional perks include a portable high chair, a portable crib, an on-site washer/dryer, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to put beach stuff in. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The home was lovely and in a great location. The pool was nice and it’s not to far of a walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and lots of room.

Wonderful porch for family gathering. Very nice decor and everything we needed down to laundry soap . If bringing pets the areas for them to go potty doesn’t exist . Nice pool and close to beach access.

Lisa at Vacasa was wonderful. Had some minor maintenance issues and someone came to fix them within hours. Would stay again.

We go to the beach every year so our kids can see extended family. Having two elementary age kids and a newborn I needed to have a rental that was very kid friendly. This rental had more than enough room for everyone! It also has a pack-n-play, which was amazing because it was one less thing to bring, and was very spacious. Unfortunately, the dryer broke on the third day of our vacation (we stayed a week) and they couldn't get a replacement before we left. Things happen and this was completely out of everyone's control. The maintenance team was extremely quick to respond and they reimbursed me for the laundry service I had to use. The owner even gave us a gift card, which was so unexpected but so sweet, for the inconvenience. Patty, the property manager that we communicated with, was extremely sweet and thoughtful. I would absolutely rent this condo again because of how responsive they were and how understanding everyone was.

Cute little place. You can tell it’s older and that it has been recently been updated. The price is great and the location is perfect. Just a walk to the beach and a quick drive to grocery store and restaurants.

I recommend this place, it's close to the ocean. 20 minute walk to the Boardwalk and great restaurants all around. You are also a 5 minute drive to Publix or Dollar General if needed. We rode the ebikes for 2 days and that was great too.

We had a great stay! The place was just as advertised and the location is perfectly located between two public beach access points where you literally can walk over and have toes in the sand in 1-2 minutes. We really appreciated the abundance of amenities and the welcoming beach vibes throughout. We would definitely stay again (& again).
