Accommodations are literally on the beach. The sunrise over the ocean is beautiful from the deck or from the privacy of bed. Sunset is just as gorgeous from the balcony in the front of the house. Pool is big in comparison to other rentals. Family games, beach toys, kitchenware; all there! Thank you for a wonderful place to call home for a week. We will be back!

Location great! Parking undesirable. Very little kitchen utensils and other cooking items. Lead to believe extra parking for 3rd vehicle in our party was affiliated with property whereas price for extra parking was several hundred dollars pee day. Would not stay here again.

View is amazing the condo itself needs a better mattress in main bedroom and the bunk beds terrible mattress and the bunk beds wasn’t made up on our check in so after my drive I had to make the beds. The kitchen needs a lot more silverware hardly any to cook and eat with. The vent in the floor in the bedroom is dangerous it doesn’t fit into the floor and the kids almost stepped in the vent duct a few times.

We really enjoyed the place for a longer weekend. The place is very clean and pretty spacious compared to other condos we rented. Big balcony with wonderful views and sounds of waves crashing. The beds were comfortable. Location is great. There is a coffee shop within walking distance (less than 10min) that had great coffee. Thank you for having us!

Everything about this property was awesome! The only thing i would say that could use some work is maybe vaccum the floors because in the corners were dust balls. You can't change this, but i have a big escalade and had to be siper careful when parking in the designated parking spot. It was all just so tignt. But other than that the condo is in a great location and had tons of room for my family and i. Would definitely stay here again!

VACASA throughout the whole trip was unable to resolve any issues when dealing with pool access and then lied stating that a local member was bringing a key. After waiting around and no one showed up I called again when they stated that they can not help only the local branch can, when I asked for their contact, they could not provide it. VACASAS fees are high, yet they did nothing to help the situation and remedied a $900 two night stay with no pool access (even though I confirmed prior to booking it was open) they gave me $50. The condo was lovely the management and customer service was horrible. Save yourself the frustration.

The inside of the condo was nice and as expected but getting there was a challenge. Evidently Monday morning is garbage day so when we got there, the garbage cans were all out in the street, basically blocking the narrow driveway that led to our parking space. The driveway is very narrow. I actually had to fold my mirrors in to be safe. The lock on the door seemed to be fairly complicated. It has a 10 digit code and requires the timing of the code to be just right for it to work. We stood outside the door for 4 to 5 minutes every time we came and left trying to get the door unlocked. As a reminder this condo is on the second floor of a three story building so if you’re looking for peace and quiet pray that whoever rents the third floor condo does not have a lot of children. When we were there we could actually see the fans swaying. All these beech condos are built like houses not a lot of steel and concrete. The pool is small but they keep it clean and the beech is just a short walk over the dune. For me it will be “Not 2B”

Having a pool to go with instant beach access really makes this condo an excellent choice. Everything is well maintained and kept very clean. The beds were super comfortable too which can make all the difference in a successful vacation. ☀️

Nice little place but beds need updating as they are collapsing and squeak very loudly. Other than that everything was great. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and listen to the ocean waves. Very quiet and relaxing The unit is close to Carolina Beach Pier but that's only a restaurant. If you want to do some pier fishing you'll have to go to Kure Beach Pier just a few miles the other way.

What a lovely time at the beach. So close to the water and the view was unbelievable. Close to everything. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the ocean while drinking coffee and playing cards. We had everything we needed inside including sand toys for the kids. Definitely stay again.

This rental unit has easy access to the beach and a nice view of the surf from the balcony, living room and main bedroom. It is well- furnished, and all beds and living room furniture were clean and comfortable. Everything appeared to be clean, with one exception. The bathroom tub bottom strangely had quite a bit of a dirty brown substance on it that was resolved with about five minutes of scrubbing and rinsing. The door to the third bedroom would not close, but that didn’t turn out to be a problem. Everything else seemed to work well and overall I felt the rental was reasonably priced. Our group of four adults had an enjoyable, pleasant time and would consider renting there again.

The place was very clean and spacious! It was stocked well with liens and kitchen appliances and cooking supplies! Very well maintained! Loved our stay in this condo!! There was only one downside and that was parking!! The parking is small and people would complain about the parking spaces. We only had one vehicle and we were parked in our designated spot and people would fuss at us saying they couldn’t get out but overall we enjoyed our stay!!

This was an absolutely beautiful place to live for a week . We went jet skiing , deep sea fishing, aquarium,zoo, historic mansion historic cemetery. We also went shopping, rides on boardwalk and dancing and dining . We relaxed on beach made home cooked meals played games . At the end of the day we slept like babies ! Definitely will be back ! The only drawbacks were sounds carrying from upstairs and next door neighbors walking around and the level of beach erosion. This is our family's 7th year coming to Carolina Beach at the tail end of the season - we like to come after Labor Day, when the crowds calm down a little. We've stayed at a couple of condos on the island & I'd say that this is our favorite by far. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Nice, but not ostentatious - it had all of the qualities of staying somewhere "nicer than home" without constantly worrying that the kids (9 and 12) were going to break something irreplaceable. The views were fantastic, the pool was lovely, the private beach access is far enough away from crowded public accesses but an easy walk to the pier. 5 out of 5, high recommend! As soon as I pay my credit card bill from this month (there might have been a bit too much eating out & souvenir shopping0, I'll be booking again for next year!

The Isaacson Family are terrific hosts, helpful, friendly and super accommodating. The condo was immaculate upon arrival. It is super spacious & furnished with warm and welcoming decor. We all immediately felt right at home and it is evident they care and pay attention to detail. As we were arriving they were checking to make sure all the beach equipment for our use was in good order, It was!! That speaks volumes for the type of hosts they are!!! I have rented vacation homes for many years and trust me, this is not always the case. This was our first time in Carolina Beach and it won't be our last. The condo is located beachfront with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. My favorite spot for morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, a five minute walk down the beach road is the North End Cafe to-go, it doesn't look like much from the outside, but the coffee bar & food choices are all you need, not to have to leave the wonderful beach oasis the Isaacson Family provides!!

The layout was great as the entry is from the patio which allowed us to leave our towels and beach bag outside and not drag sand throughout the condo. Spacious enough for each guest to have privacy, or gather at the large table with ample seating for meals/games. Very family friendly, there were games in the closet and a shelf of books for a rainy day. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver for an extended stay. We had a great stay at 2B. With two teenagers, the three bedrooms and large living room gave us ample privacy and space for family time. Beach front access gave us great views of dolphins in the morning and sandy walks in the afternoon. We were a very short drive to restaurants, the boardwalk, and the pier. Short drives also got us to northern Wilmington and downtown. We would love to stay here again!

This property was everything and more that it described ! extremely clean, many basic supplies, answered all questions in a fast manner so easy to deal with everything in the kitchen was new ,sharp knives lots of utensils it was awesome! bathrooms new and shiny and clean! the only possible con is I don’t like soft beds and both king-size beds were soft and the living room couch had a Lotta squeak to it but it was comfortable.. yes there are stairs yes parking is tight... these are all adequately described in the description .thank you thank you thanks for an oasis in a pandemic

Very roomy, right on beach, all the necessities that you would need. Close to restaurants and grocery store. One of the best beaches I have ever been to in North Carolina. Smooth sand and no rocks or shells to step on getting in water. Swimming pool is 6 feet deep and cold in October. Will be going back.

This was a beautiful condo that was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary appliances and utensils. There was plenty of space for our family. They even offered a booster seat as well as a pack and play. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and were always kind. The check-out list was quickly done and made for a easy departure. The porch on the front offered a beautiful view of the ocean. There was plenty of seating space out on the porch and we spent a lot of time there. The front porch allowed us to have beautiful sunrises. The balcony on the rear provided views of the sunsets. The beach was a short walk away, however, the path to the beach is not a smooth walk. There are several steps and can be difficult for older people. There are also several flights of steps to get up to the rental, which can be difficult if guests are older. The parking lot is very tight and does not have much room. The turns into and out of the rental are extremely tight as well. I would recommend this rental and would tell you to stay here if you can. It felt clean, welcoming and offered a great time at the beach.

This is actually the second time we've come back to this property because we loved it so much. Its absolutely perfect. The location is right on the water, there is a pool, and the family who owns and rents it is lovely. We had our first baby this year, he is 7 months old. It was so nice to have a place right on the beach so we could take him to the beach or the pool for short periods of time and pop back in to the house. We plan on coming back!

My best friend and I take a beach trip every year for our birthdays and this was our favorite trip to date! The condo was exactly as it shows online. The deck is large and wonderful, and the building blocks some of the wind which came in handy because of the hurricane leftovers that we dealt with. The area is “homey” and not commercialized. I love the small beach town feeling here. Beds were super comfy and kitchen was well stocked. The only recommendations (not complaints) would be that the couch cushions could use some love/stuffing and screens on the doors would be nice, but may not be possible with hurricane doors. Lars and his family made us feel very welcomed! He was easily accessible for questions before our trip and during (I figured out what the noise was by the way! Ha!). The welcome gift was above and beyond! We’ve decided this place will be a permanent fixture on my rental list - we will be back!! Lars, I hope we left your home-away-from-home just like we found it. 2B at the beach was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean and nicely updated and we were welcomed with a nice welcome bucket! The view from the large porch is incredible. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The pool is perfect in the afternoon after a morning at the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking in. The full size bunk beds worked for 2 adults but would be a better fit for kids. There are 2 reserved parking spots, no guest parking onsite. I reached out to Lars several times prior to our stay with questions and he was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a partial family vacation. Me, my wife, our daughter, her husband, and their 2 year old son. Very easy beach access. Just take the boardwalk over the dune. Pool was decent, but I never personally used it. Condo had everything we needed. Had a nice sized deck overlooking the pool and ocean. Dishwasher appeared to be on it's last leg (noisy), but it got the job done. Plenty of room in the condo, and the large deck and two outside storage closets were handy. The beach itself was quite nice. Since the island where this condo sits is only 2 blocks wide in this area (narrowed by the bay behind the condo), the beach was not overly crowded. No big rocks on the beach or in the water. The sand had a gentle slope. There was a sandbar a couple hundred feet out which seemed to help break much of the waves. Not sure if the sandbar is always there. There's a number of restaurants within 10 minutes of the condo, but Covid hampered our eating out somewhat. We would definitely go back to this area.

Our families enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed having the pool and beach close by, and everything was comfortable in the condo. The Thursday night summer firework show at the boardwalk was easily visible from the beach in front of the condo. Parking with two minivans wasn't any trouble.

The week at this property was everything you want in a relaxing get away. We were welcomed with a fun sand pale full of little gifts. A large beach only steps away which did not get over crowded. Beautiful sun rises from the front deck and sunsets from the back bedroom decks. The condo has chairs, beach umbrella's, all the basics you need for the beach. The overall condo was comfortable and clean. The Isaacson Family are wonderful hosts, very responsive to all questions! This trip was with my mom and sister; but I would love to come back and bring my husband! I look forward to staying at this property again in the future! Thanks!

We stayed the week of July 6th through the 13th and absolutely loved every minute of it. The view is absolutely perfect. Having private beach access was awesome because the beach was never crowed at all. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 children and had plenty of space. Everyone in my party raved about how comfortable the beds and pillows were. If you are looking for a beach vacation that is out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the boardwalk and restaurants- look no further. You must try the Sea Witch Café and Tiki bar, Kate's Pancake House, and Britt's Donuts while there! The only downside to the condo was the listing said 3 TV's were in the unit and there were only two. We will definitely be booking again!!

Had a small parking problem. The owners got right back to me and were in there way and the problem worked out and they did not have to intervene. The mattresses for the king beds are very Noisy. Comfortable but every time you move they crunch and crackle. We would go back. Very relaxing.

From start to end we had a wonderful stay! Such a cute and comfortable place. Had lots of kitchen supplies so we were able to do almost all are eating at home. Plenty of bed room and bathroom linens. Having a washer and dryer was definitely helpful. Right on the beach so getting there was so easy. Had such a wonderful stay we didint want to leave.

We were there for our daughter's wedding and had the other adult kids with us. It was perfect, clean, great view. The porch is amazing. The only downside is parking. We were lucky because the building was almost empty, but if you go during season, make sure you have a plan for extra cars.

This was my favorite rental in Carolina Beach area ! The views were amazing! Upon our arrival there was a welcome gift and note - special touch. The condo had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Having sheets and towels there makes packing much lighter. The parking is very tight and I would not recommend bringing more than one vehicle. We used both spaces for one vehicle (regular sized truck).

We had a great stay at this condo. The location was perfect for little kids. They loved being able to be at the beach and run up to the pool for a dip. We had a small issue that was not the owners fault, and they did their best to help us fix it ASAP. Kitchen was nicely appointed. I did run out and buy a sheet pan for baking fries/cookies and roasting shrimp. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

We travel often and always book VRBO properties. This condo was in a very good location on the island as it was far enough from the hustle and bustle yet still within a short drive to the other parts of Carolina Beach such as the boardwalk and restaurants etc. I enjoyed seeing the ocean from the big king size bed in the master bedroom and we had all the comforts of home. For anyone that practices, there is a great yoga studio very near by called the Salty Dog. Wilmington is an approximate 25 minute drive and the city has a developing river walk with eateries and shops and a historic district that are worth visiting. The owners to this condo are very accommodating and I would recommend this property for anyone planning to stay in Carolina Beach.

The property is in a great location with wonderful access to the beach. The moment we walked in we were impressed with the quality of the unit. The condo was perfect! We had 4 adults and a 2 year old and we had an amazing week. We were there the first week in September and it was great! We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the waves and swimming in the pool. Plenty of room on the balcony to have meals and enjoy ourselves. Great parking under the building makes coming in and out easy. The balcony was nice and had secure railings so the 2 year old had plenty of room to run around and play without worrying about him falling. We have stayed many places and this is the best by far! We felt like we were at home the whole time. Neighbors and other renters were so friendly. Beach was not crowed even though we were there on a holiday. We will be back and we told all of our family and friends about it too! Thank you so much for letting us come to stay!

Although the weather wasn't the best for the beach, the ample space and large table made it easy to get the entire family together to play games, talk, laugh, and make some memories. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for everyone. We even played a few of the provided kids game to relive memories of the past! My "kids" are 20 and older. The view from the large porch was outstanding with the natural sand break, the sunrise, and moonrise over the water. The beach was very clean. We were able to see crabs popping out of their holes in the sand, lots of fish even with the strong waves, and clams in the sand. We loved watching the sandpipers run from the tide while trying to quickly find a snack. Parking was easy as both vehicles fit in the spaces provided. We did not expect beach supplies nor the welcoming gift! It was a great vacation for me and family! Sandy, Salty, Happy 2b was just right!

Thank you so much for sharing your property with my family! We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is decorated so cute! My girls loved the full bunk beds. The king size beds were also comfortable. It is a huge plus that you have beach chairs, an umbrella and kids beach toys available. We really enjoyed sitting out on the large porch listening to the ocean! The one recommendation I would make is more comfortable seating in the family room. I love the wicker chairs but they weren't very comfortable. I'm sure we will book again! Thank you so much!

Perfect location with wonderful ocean views. It was clean and comfortable. Something was going on with the hot water, especially in the shared bathroom. Most of us opted for a warmer shower in the master bathroom. But we made it fine! The only other complaint I heard from our party was there were no sheets on the bunk beds and they had to make them themselves. Which is ok, they were just tired after a long day of travelling and ready for bed! The beds and pillows were very comfy. We appreciate the Isaacson family for accommodating us!

It's nice to know there are still great host around. The condo was everything advertised and more. The weather was really great and the kids had a ball. Great views from the oceanfront deck. I could sit there for hours. Only complaint,though it was a small one, was the beds sqeeked pretty bad. Overall this will be our to go place when traveling to Carolina beach. You will not be disappointed!!!

Our adult children all reunited with us at 2B at the beach for the week of Christmas. With a well-stocked kitchen I was able to prepare Christmas dinner for all. We loved waking up to see the sunrise over the ocean and watching the dolphins pass by almost daily. The condo was spacious with easy access to the beach. This was our first trip to Carolina Beach. Therefore, I was going into the Carolina Beach rental process fairly blind. The only word that summarizes this property is "OUTSTANDING". The beach views are amazing. In the morning, the sun shines off the ocean and greets you at the doorway of the master bedroom and living room. We especially liked watching the pelicans and the pod of porpoises. The Condo has 2 king size beds, and a bunk bed that had full size mattresses on it with nice fresh linens. The granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are a nice feature. The wood style floor balances the beach environment with a touch of a familiar hominess. I especially like how the floor has a slight creak when you walked on (Much like walking on a old wooden ship deck). The bathrooms functioned as normal, but didn't have the stylishness as the rest of the condo. The patio has a table with 4 chairs and a pub table. All very well maintained. The owners were especially thoughtful of our stay by leaving a welcome gift on the kitchen table. Prior to our arrival, the owners were kind enough to warn us that for some unforeseen reason the front door lock was taking a little extra effort to open. It wasn't an issue for us. I have 10 years Marriott Hotel employment experience, and this Condo is as hospitable as any Marriott that I've stayed at. To finalize...Just Book It!

The condo is in a quiet neighborhood and was very tidy, well equipped, comfortable and spacious There were even many little supplies and a nice welcome gift. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs, boogie boards etc. We especially loved sitting on the front porch with the great ocean view and being able to walk down the steps and being directly onto the wide and not crowded beach. The owners are very nice to deal with – they responded quickly to any questions. We would recommend this condo to our friends and family and if we will travel again to NC we will certainly stay there again.

This was our 8th year staying in Carolina Beach and 2B is our new favorite place to stay. When we arrived the owners had left us a gift on the dining room table. The view from the front deck was great every morning while having coffee. All three bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious, we had everything we needed to plan our meals. We were here the week Hurricane Matthew hit so we did have to depart a couple days early, but our first two full days here were sunny and warm on the beach. We would recommend 2B to our friends. My husband and I traveled to the beach seeking rest, quiet and good time away from the stress of everyday life. This condo seemed like a great place to stay as it was sitting on the beach and looked comfortable inside. The owners were easy to work with, quick to respond to our inquiries and communicated their expectations very clearly. We were not disappointed! Upon our arrival we were greeted with a welcome sign on the chalk board and a very nice complementary gift basket of treats. Every thing was clean and well organized and worked perfectly. They covered all the bases. The view off the covered porch was fantastic, day and evening. I lived on the porch much of the evening and early morning, taking in the sunrises and sunsets, and reading on Rainey days while enjoying the relaxing sound of the rhythm of the waves on the shore. It was heaven. We would most definitely stay here again.

This is the second time my family stayed at Reefs 2B and we loved it more the second time than the first. It is very easy to get onto the island and to the condo and the owners are so helpful and accommodating. The unit was VERY CLEAN, not a speck of sand inside and at a beach house that is impressive! The rooms are big enough to accommodate a big group or family and there is lots of sleeping space! The pool was very clean and there was pool service at least two times while we were there on our week long stay. The beach is AMAZING!!! We love going in the off season because the weather is still beautiful and there are less crowds. The cost was very reasonable and the amenities in the house allowed us to pack lightly! We will definitely be staying again!!

Pretty much echoing the sediments of everyone below. The place was spotless when we got there and there was a thoughtful little welcome package for us. The condo has all the essentials and the view...you will not find a better view anywhere. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure, really nice folks. We were traveling with 3 kids (one preteen and two grade-schoolers) and it worked perfect for them and for us as adults. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. The beach was very wide, super-easy access, and not crowded at all. A good spot to ride gentle waves here...not as calm as Hilton Head but not as rough as the outer banks. There is a pier nearby (walkable) with an adjacent area where you can drive on the beach. You can bike or take a long walk to what may be the worlds best donut shop in the other direction. We ate out only once but there are a ton of restaurants within 5-7 minute drive or bike. The neighborhood the condo is situated in was quiet. The rental set us up for a great trip.

We rolled into town on the heels of a hurricane and in the middle of a separate huge storm front and were thrilled that the house was very clean, comfortable, and inviting since we had to be inside a better portion of the week. The welcome basket was a great touch after a long day in the car with two young kids. There were six adults and the house had plenty of space for the eight of us. The kids were excited about the bunk beds and the available toys, games, puzzles, etc. Once the weather cleared, we thoroughly enjoyed the balconies and had the pool and the immediate beach all to ourselves for the remainder of the week. This property is in a perfect location, walking distance to the pier and just a short hop from the boardwalk and restaurants, stores, etc. Be sure to check out the Deck House and Michael's restaurants, the Fat Pelican bar for beers, and the aquarium at Fort Fisher. We will certainly be back!

We had a wonderful time here! The condo was perfect: from the location, to the decor, to the amenities. There is a pretty large balcony in the front and every room has a little balcony. Its great to have breakfast and just watch the waves. We were very comfortable with 6 people staying, so the size of the house was perfect. Everything was clean and well-maintained. They have a lot of supplies on site so you don't have to run out and buy knives or dish soap or paper towels or chairs- they have really thought of everything. The managers were very friendly and I would recommend the property to anyone. We especially loved being able to walk down the steps and directly onto the beach. It is really a great location on Carolina Beach.

Our family enjoyed staying at this awesome beachfront condo. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room to move about and have our own space. The bedrooms are all spacious and our kids loved the full sized bunk beds. The pool was a nice bonus and is literally right below the condo's deck area. The condo was scheduled for it's seasonal pest spray while we were staying there. The owner was very understanding when we declined having chemicals sprayed while we were there. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay at this condo again when visiting Carolina Beach.

My family enjoyed a very relaxing week in 2b at the beach. Upon arriving we found the condo clean and spacious with a very cute welcome bucket. Plenty of room for my family of 6 adults and a 13 year old. Very nice kitchen. Loved the front deck to sit on each evening. The pool was plenty big for all the units in the complex to use never got crowded. So easy to walk from beach to pool. The condo had everything we needed to fix dinner most nights. The only thing that could be alittle frustrating for someone is the parking. Its a tight squeeze to park all cars in complex. Like the overview says two large suvs won't fit into the spaces provided and there is no way around it. We had a full size truck and a small suv and were fine all week. Overall it is a very nice place to stay and the owners have really put alot of thought into making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

The location, price and layout of this condo couldn't have suited our needs for our beach vacation any better! It was super clean and very well stocked, including all supplies, dishes, silverware, cookware, etc., that you could possibly need. The owner's were great to work with, and responded quickly to any questions/concerns. One neat feature is that the entrance to the condo is the covered deck, which works great for keeping sandy, wet kids out of the condo until they are clean. We loved that! 😊

This condo is one of the nicest properties we have rented through VRBO. The unit was spacious, well-furnished, comfortable, spotlessly clean, in a great location and was very reasonably priced. You can't beat the great view and proximity to the beach. The beds were comfortable with high quality linens. The appliances and furnishings look new and the condo was large and very clean. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach toys, floats, etc. The owners are very attentive to their guests in making sure that they provide everything needed to have a great time. We will definitely rent this unit again. Loved everything about it!

Our family of 3 rented this condo in early May and we loved it. It's very big, clean and comfortable. Obviously the inside has been very recently renovated, and it was done very nicely. Literally just steps to the beach and pool, and the view as well as the sound of the ocean can not be beat. Owner is very proactive, and is always available for questions and concerns of any kind. We would absolutely stay here again.
